Room had a stench, couldn’t even provide me with a second room key,bathroom had plumbing issues, the experience was so bad i checked out one day early as i was checking out they asked about what happened then said they were sorry as they’re fully booked so nothing could be done but i doubt that another room would have mattered Construction under the hotel and constant road noise, far from a peaceful spot as the pictures portray the property book at your own risk my room was on the “executive floor” can’t imagine what the standard floors look like

I paid 80 more to change my room to sea view, in fact it was not sea sea, I booked for three person the room was more smaller than to be for 3 person, it don't deserve to be a branch of Hilton

Lovely Staff and International Guests. Very cozy.

We were on vacation from Canada and stayed for four nights at the Hilton Alexandria after our river cruise. The hotel and staff were very good and the location is good, right across the road from the private beach. The beach has change rooms and security and is very nice; however, you have to catch a shuttle to get there due to the extremely busy roadway in between. We figured out after awhile how we could have navigated crossing the road but it is not far the faint of heart. We have no complaints about this hotel and would recommend it wholeheartedly. We used Uber to get to the sights and the location was good.

The room was very good. My problem is with one of the staff that knocked on my door late at night while sleeping. He woke me up for no good reason claiming he was knocking on the door next door. Very unprofessional.

The staff at the reception desk made all the difference

We spent four marvelous days here to unwind after touring Egypt and Turkey for two weeks. This is the place to go. Everything at this hotel is excellent. Our room was spotless every day. Each of the several restaurants has a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Every plate is served as though it is a work of art. The servers were exceptional. The very large lobby overlooking the Mediterranean is very relaxing; and has delicious food service too nearly all day long after breakfast elsewhere. You won't be sorry you stayed here.

The staff at the Hilton are exceptional. Whoever oversees the hiring process clearly does an outstanding job—every team member demonstrates remarkable efficiency and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will certainly be returning in the future. Special thanks to Saber from the concierge team, as well as Sara and Shady from the hotel staff, for making my visit so pleasant and memorable.

Clean room, polite stuff

Room had a couple of issues. There was sea view but with a lot of construction happening

I had horrible experience with the check-in , I arrived the 10th of October at 9:30 pm from Canada that was my anniversary with my wife, we waited long time to check in two receptionists Mariam and Nagwa, both of them were helping one guest looks like they were trying to find him a room, after long wait over 20 min. It was my shock they were telling me that the hotel is sold out and no rooms available except the 3ed floor which is very near from the ground and the pool by the way there was a wedding and the music was super loud, any way we accepted the room, my booking was a king bed , we entered the room we found 2 beds it was a shock for my wife in our anniversary. I went down to the reception and asked Nagwa to read my reservation it is king bed, she answered no other room available, I was very disappointed, and was about to loose my calmness, she offered me an alternative room with king bed!! When we moved our stuff to that room I found it two beds too, I came down to the reception for the second time I was really angry because it is two beds and a smoker room although it is assigned as non smoking room, she did not apologize or shaw any empathy for waisting my time and effort, she said that is the only option available, I requested to talk to a manager she said no manager now, I requested to meet with him next day morning, and requested to go back to the non smoking room she refused saying it is already taken, she was rude careless and no empathy at all. Good hotel, good service

I expected more from a five star hotel, they need to have more attention details. We had a problem with our toilet flooding, and the safe was not working. They move move the study for room and swap the other safe. It would have been nice if the room was checked before we arrived.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff and overall service were at an outstanding level. A special mention goes to Kowther, who assisted me in the lobby. Her professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude were remarkable. She demonstrated the qualities of someone who deserves to be in a management position. Her service reflects both her own dedication and the strong support and training provided by the leadership team. I also want to recognize the Front Office Manager and her team—they were equally outstanding. Thank you to the entire Hilton Corniche Alexandria team for delivering such a memorable experience. I look forward to returning.

The private beach is closed and the pool was closed when we arrived and until 10am the next day (after we checked out) we were not informed upon checkout and they would not offer any compensation for this even though it was why we booked this hotel. The front desk lady just smirked and laughed when we asked if there was anything they could offer us as all of the free amenities were closed our stay.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and professional. Left the room came back. There was cake, sweet and fruit in the room. Thank you so much 😊

The hotel offered a spacious, clean room with comfortable beds and a large bathroom, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy and concierge who assisted with transport arrangements. The café downstairs serves nice, affordable snacks and food with a lovely beach view, but room service was mixed. The pasta was fine (random bone in the spaghetti bolognese was off-putting), tiramisu was mid. The gym is small and can feel crowded quickly. The rooftop has beautiful sunset views. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and noise from adjoining rooms and the busy main road made sleeping difficult for a light sleeper like myself. Overall, the hotel has great potential but was let down by practical issues and noise especially as a Hilton brand, so I would consider staying again especially if improvements are made.
