We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall the hotel has a great interior, clean room, the staffs were very welcoming (anywayyss most all italians are nice!). Bernina has a very good location, near to everything and only across the Milano Centrale so its great point. The room cleaning staffs are also helpful. Unfortunately, they didnt provide amenities such as shower gel & shampoo. And the room was a bit small for two people with two big luggage. But overall experience is great and would consider to go back there again next time :)

It sucks! Reception is rude! Surely will not come back.

Location: Near from Milano Centrale about 5 mins walk, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Near from Penny who sells chocolates and groceries with minimum price (it's important to buy oleh-oleh hehe). Room: enough. Lift: somehow unique, but grateful they're having a lift to bring our luggages. Price: OK

It's a good place to stay with perfect location which closed to central station. It would be more perfect if our room get room cleaning service too

Near Milan central station. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. Many restaurants are near this hotel and there is a small supermarket too. I will stay in there again if I am going to Milan

The hotel is nice the bathroom is a bit small hehee.but it's ok, the location is strategic and the service is good too, the breakfast is also satisfactory, if i come back to Milan i prefer this hotel because of its strategic location and its capucinonya nice, i recommend this hotel for you Who wants to visit Milan, ciaooo ...
