This was our second stay at this hotel. This hotel is a classic Italian charm. The staff is incredible helpful and polite. Our room(junior suite) was perfect in size, always cleaned, staked with fresh towels, including towels for the pool. Breakfast served in the restaurant , variety of hot/cold choices you can order. Pools are clean , with the thermal water that satisfies your preference for the day from cold to hot. Treatments are very good! Nighttime live music , is a lovely touch to complete your day of a whole relaxation. Looking forward to visit this hotel again and again.

This hotel is at a very good location, right off the main square of Venice. It is a decent hotel according to the Venice standard. The room was clean and the included breakfast was super awesome.

The staff and service at this hotel is wonderfully old fashioned. The hotel is beautiful, with antiquate charm. The area of Abano Terme is a little run down with lots of closed buildings but this obviously isn’t any fault of the hotel and their service was so good I can overlook the area and have booked to go again already.

Air conditioner in the room couldn’t be controlled, the temperature in the room wal 74 degrees! Not enough electric plugs to charge personal devices. TV screen too small. Shower too small. Breakfast buffet- limited selection. Would not come back.

This is such a beautiful hotel. Historical luxury!!!

Great pools and friendly staff

We enjoyed the pool area and spa.

Such a charming hotel! From the moment I stepped through the revolving doors, the hotel staff was superb. I was greeted warmly and genuinely. The gentleman checking me in escorted me around the property and then walked me right up to my door. I was able to sneak in for dinner even though it was close to being over that evening. The dinner service was incredible and selections were delicious. I made use of the 3 pools, the steam and sauna room and peeked into the cold room. Breakfast was great, I was able to order scrambled eggs with bacon. I had to extend my stay two more days and the staff was more than accommodating and did not make me change rooms. Most folks staying here are over the age of 55, so me and my brother stuck out as we were some of the youngest on the property. Plenty of shopping and a market about a 15min walk away. We also did our laundry at a laundry mat that was next to the market. The hotel is a true gem! Sadly, I didn’t get a massage but my brother said the massage was great.

GREAT PLACE

The facilities are nice, the waiter in breakfast are accomodating, and we have a lot of choice in buffet. Our room is big and nice, the problem is i can't adjust the temperature of the room. And first i can't find the main switch to turn on the light, no one explain how to use the plastic card and where to find the power switch. But the same we enjoy our stay.

Liked everything except pillows and beds. Both were hard in standard rooms. Probably much better in deluxe. Upon request though soft pillows were brought into the room.

This is the second time I come to Abano Terme ans stayed at Trieste & Victoria. Serbices and amenities are allways first class. Rooms and dining room are a little old and the hotel needs a remodeling in order to maintain its status.

THIS HOTEL IS VERY TIRED AND NOT VERY CLEAN

Great front office personel. We loved the outside dinner in the yard.

People at the front desk were very helpful, Mirko is outstanding. The bell boy was very good as well. Hopefully they can update the old rooms very soon.

We spent only one night there. Outdated hotel with uncomfortable beds and pillows. Bad smell in the rooms. Restaurant closes at 9 pm, pool closes at 8. Not worth the money.
