Convenient location, clean room, comfortable bed - no complaints

This hotel is located right on a lovely street (no cars) exceot in morning. It us full of shopping and restaurants. The Hiberia has a balcony that overlooks the street. Such a great location. A minute to the piazza. Saff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome before starting your day. Has a washer and dryer. Purchase special coin at office. A great hotel! Woukd definitely stay here again!

The WiFi needs a boost in the old building. Rooms only partially receive a good enough signal to utilize (tested in multiple rooms during my stay).

Staff was super efficient, helpful and nice. Area was very safe, right in the middle of tons to do and see. The rooms did not get as cool as we would like, but they got us a fan that worked well. Super cool elevator.
