It was located in the city within walking distance of the Pantheon and a few hop on /hop off locations. Restaurants are nearby and shopping. It is on a very busy street. Being able to walk goodly distance will improve your experience.

Simply great hotel .

Without hesitation I would Recommend the hotel Regno. We were greeted by a very polite and professional young man. He helped with our luggage, explained everything included in our stay. We were extremely tired from travel room was to be ready by 2 pm, we arrived at 10am and they had our room ready by 11 so we could get some much needed rest. Very central location for walking to different sites. Side note highly recommend Osteria da Fortunata for a meal you can reserve in advance 10 minute walk from hotel. Hotel also arranged for taxi to airport taxi was 10 minutes early, the young man from the hotel and another gentleman helped with our luggage to the taxi, thanked us for staying with them. Excellent experience overall and would stay again. Sincerely T Farina

I like the free breakfast and how convenient the hotel was to places we want to see or visit.

Hotel Regno is a small hotel in the busy centre of Rome. The rooftop bar is lovely to relax in after a day out.

Curtains are dirty, towels have tears, blood on bed sheet. Only 1 elevator which can accommodate only two people with luggages.

We were extremely disappointed by the appearance and service at Hotel Regno. The photographs online and the actual appearance of the rooms and property were vastly different, the hotel rooftop bar was closed for the duration of our two-night stay for no apparent reason, the breakfast automatic coffee/drinks machine had an acrid taste (and the tea had a greasy sheen on the water), the hallways had a distinct chemical smell (maybe paint) with no discernible reason, and the hotel staff was not at all friendly. Weirdly, the hotel does not have or allow irons or steamers, so no way to press clothing. The only thing going for this place was its fabulous location.

The breakfast a a great. A fairly traditional food spread for European Hotels and it was great way to start the day. The hair dryer was high quality which is very nice for thick hair. The front desk was kind and alway helpful. The room was soundproof even though our window opened to busy street below!

Clean, walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, shopping. Breakfast included.

Top notch staff, very busy and safe area. There had to be at least 50 cafes/restaurants within a 3 block/ 5 min walk that were fantastic. Within a maximum 20 minute walk to either every major attraction or pickup point for all major tours. This was the best possible location to be at for a Rome visit, period.

Loved the location, convenient walking to many places and a bus stop just steps away for longer excursions. Super comfortable room. Great breakfast.
