Excellent location at the top of the Spanish Steps! Very helpful staff. The buffet breakfast alfresco was amazing! Would definitely recommend!

We had a group of 10 people in 5 seperate rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Very close to shopping and great food.

Loved the location. We stayed in the annex building at bottom of stairs at plaza level. Great size room with balcony and very good air conditioning. Felt more like an apartment than hotel room. Would stay here again most definitely. We had three large adults with one twin and one queen and was very comfortable. Note to get to breakfast it’s approximately 150 total stairs but very doable. They will also bring to you for free if in the annex building.

This was a beautiful property at the top of the Spanish Steps. My wife and I stayed one night before departing for Bari. The room was clean and cool, despite being 40° outside. The complementary, sparkling wine and breakfast were amazing as well.

Clean, excellent service, delicious breakfast every morning, walking distance to local venues, friendly and professional staff. The BEST hotel in City Centre and if I ever return to Rome, I will stay in this hotel again. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was spotless, and the room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The daily breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. The location was also perfect, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would happily stay here again!

Stayed in a junior suite in the heart of Rome. Room for 5, pretty spacious for a hotel room, but one bathroom. Close to many major attractions, a ton of restaurants, shopping and a cab stand. Free breakfast in the mornings is a plus and its not your standard, far better. Overall would recommend.

The owner, Fabrizio, is one of the kindest most welcoming person. He makes the experience so lovely and the hotel location is amazing! Rooms are beautiful and a/c was on when we arrived in room. Will definitely be back! Grazie

We loved our stay here! The check in was easy, very friendly staff, our room was very nice with a beautiful view and it was so nice to have a great breakfast provided daily! Was right near the Spanish Steps! Highly recommend this place!

We had one day jn Rome, dropped our luggage and explored! Prior to our stay they were very helpful in the messaging feature to arrange our shuttle from the port to the hotel. The location was ideal for shopping and eating. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice place. Helpful staff. We stayed in the out bldg, which was beautiful with amazing views. Finding your way around that bldg is a bit confusing but worth it!
