The staff was fantastic and very friendly very accommodating for our luggage upon early arrival waiting for room. Great location to walk to many different places and only 10 minutes from the train metro station in a couple lovely Ristorantes are right across the street. There was some street noise with what I believe was garbage pick up in the middle of the night.

Very well situated walking distance to many sites.

There was good food places very close.

We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel is excellent - we walked from the train station and to most sites/locations, and it's a short walk to the bus or metro for sites that were further out - plus the hotel staff provided suggestions too. Lots of restaurants and a few grocery stores nearby. We were in "the annex" next door and had no issues; in fact our room was much larger than a standard hotel room. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Property was in good place and easy to find. I like the simple things done well when I stay at a hotel. Little things like if you are going to supply tea and coffee then supply milk. Then make sure they are refilled appropriately on a daily basis. The same with soap, shampoo etc. if they are part of the deal then supply on a daily basis. Not 1 day were either completely done properly

The staff was friendly, our room wasn’t ready since we checked in early, however we’re able to leave our luggage at the receptionist, and when we returned later, our stuff are already delivered in our room. Our room is clean and spacious, definitely recommended.

This is a great location and convenient for restaurants and main sights in the city without being overcrowded.

This hotel situated on one of the smaller side streets near the Coliseum area (a 15 minute walk). There are many nice little restaurants within a block and a number of convenience stores including a supermarket around the block.
