Friendly staff, breakfast is good (better than Continental breakfast) for the price they charged. Convenient location very near train station & free cruise shuttle

Clean hotel, staff very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Close to cruise port and the train station, which was very convenient. Only downside was shower curved downwards near drain and it was a bit slippery.

The room had a wonderful view. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The staff were very friendly and nice.

The room was very clean a bit small but perfect for one night. It was on the main strip so very convenient as far as places to eat and things to do. The website for the hotel does say there is a restaurant on site and there is not! That was a big turn off for me. The other thing that really put a damper on my stay was I asked the front desk to please call me a taxi to get to the cruise ship and he would not do it. He said I should have had a reservation and told me to walk to the train station. Thank goodness we were able to walk to the train station and get a bus. I would probably never stay here again just because he would not help me when I really needed it.

Overall this was a great hotel and place to stay before our cruise. Friendly staff, great location within walking distance to the cruise port. Breakfast was fresh and very good .

Stayed here for two days before a cruise and it was wonderful. Hotel a little dated but clean. Very conveniently located between the train station and port terminal. No shortage of restaurants or gelato places. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check-in early. Great location, fully stocked including wine, juice, bottle water, coffee and croissants. 10 minute walk to the Vatican with lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend this property!

More food at breakfast it’s OK cause it’s close to the cruise port

Hotel has late check in so this was Idea when landing 22.30 on the Civitavechia ferry from Barcelona. Staff efficient. Room was traditional Italian style. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay again if coming into Civitavechia late.
