There are many things that did not go well, Where to start?When we were alerted that we would not be staying at our original hotel, We were assured that the new property we would be staying at was much better, I must say you never disparage another hotel in your collection, Shall I continue? We arrived everything was fine, nice room etc,although a good cleaning would be appropriate,We decided after viewing the video’s to try the restaurant, it was a mistake. From the beginning the place was empty there was brad but no butter, everything had to be requested, the mussels (Cozze) were fresh but there was no flavour! No garlic? No Butter? I used some butter which by the way was almost frozen to give some life to the mussels, do I really need to tell you? OK, add white wine, garlic, butter saffron, then you have a $25 Euro dish, it just got worse from there my wife was never asked for the temperature of the meat, it came out raw, we sent it back l for medium cook, it came back medium rare, the baked potatoes were 3 days old please send me an email address , I would love to send you a photo, by the way as a retired Chef and culinarian I was watching the other guests, many were sending photos of the horrible food! Why would you do this in such a beautiful location??? Further more, I had an early train, I stopped by the front desk and requested a car for 4:15AM, I checked back after dinner I was assured by your staff everything was fine.

Close to the beach

Decor is dated but everything is very clean and tidy. Comfy beds and modern air conditioning. Food at breakfast excellent.

I come there to get swimming; therefore, I was very upset to get the information that the swimming pool is closed!!!! :(

OLD and DIRTY so DIRTY an hotel just good for a night only with your eyes closed to do not see how dirty is the moquette ,they have a little balcony with a very nice view on sanremo but Dirty i personally clean the table and the chair . The bath of the 80's with hair around .But above All if accidentally you do not lock the you can open just pushing .

Friendly hosts, really good breakfast for a continental hotel (buffet-style). Over the road from the cycle path. Not close to restaurants etc, but good bus service to Sanremo & Bussana. Lovely pool.

Like many hotels they advertise a pool but rarely is it in operation all claiming seasonal. Supermarket next door Easy walk to beach but not the way they directed me along a busy road walking, the beach entrance is directly opposite the hotel not 300M down the road as I was directed. Friendly staff Nice breakfast Easy to find

the hotel is not at the center of the city, I used it for middle road trip stop and tehrefore it was OK for us

Well managed hotel with generous breakfast. Bit of a walk to downtown but bus stop at hotel front door

Das ganze Hotel und die Einrichtung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas Modernisierung ertragen. Das Frühstück war o.k. Der Ausblick direkt aus dem Bett auf Sanremo und das Meer war jedoch sehr schön. Im Sommer kann man auch einen wirklich großen Pool nutzen.

Personnel peu accueillant et peu communicatif. Hotel très vétuste pas du tout insonorisé, notre pire nuit en hotel. Le seul + le petit déjeuner était correct.

Hotel familiar con un trato exquisito. Quizá no es muy moderno pero no le hace falta porque tiene mucho encanto.

problème de climatisation dans la chambre on nous a changé de chambre mais pas le même standing et pas de remboursement pour une chambre inferieur

L'hôtel est un peu excentré du centre -ville mais cela permet plus de calme et une jolie vue mer. La piscine est superbe et le petit déjeuner inclu aussi ! Par contre c'est vrai que la salle de bain mériterait un petit coup de jeune comme l'hôtel en général. Par contre c'est très propre et le rapport qualité prix c'est parfait !
