Hotel Fiorita was perfect in all aspects. The room was bright and airy, we often slept with the window open (shutters closed) for the breeze and to listen to the night life. It was perfect walking distance to literally everything. We felt safe, and we felt like the hotel staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast that was included was incredible. A cozy spot up on the top floor with panoramic views. A great way to start the day. Bonus you could see the Duomo from our window.

Overall clean. Location is good. However, limited amenities. No tissue box and no cup in the bathroom for toothbrushes.

The room was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It is very close to the train station, so convenient as well. Highly recommend !

I love this room. Was big and very fancy. The locations was close to many amenities. The elevator was small but fun. The room was clean. They held on the luggage while we went sightseeing. A gentleman in the front desk had a mean demeanor, don't know why. I wll back to this hotel for sure..

The room was large and very clean. The only aspect we didn't like was how small the bathroom was, and the shower temperature wasn't consistent. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the front desk held our luggage and put it in the room once the room was ready. I wish we could have stayed longer than two nights because it was a wonderful stay.

Nice hotel very close to tram and main train stations. Lots of nice local restaurants around the hotel if you want to dine nearby. The facilities were good and the staff were really helpful, especially with allowing us to leave our luggage with them before and after check-in. The room facilities were basic but in line with the star rating. The cleanliness wasn’t the best; we experienced full bin bags removed from the bin but tied and left in the room, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned particularly well during room refreshes. Breakfast was very good with lots of options but a few odd rules such as not allowing guests to fill water bottles for the day ahead from the water cooler. I get being strict with taking food out of the breakfast room, but having the same rule with water seemed a bit strict. All in all though a nice stay and I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a fair stay at a reasonable price.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which turned out to be a great base for exploring the city. The room was clean and simple, but very nice — just what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: within easy walking distance to the main attractions and conveniently just around the corner from the train station. The front desk staff were especially helpful, offering useful information about the local tram system and making sure I had what I needed to get around. One charming feature of the property is the old-fashioned lift — a welcome sight after a long day of walking! The only real downside was the continental breakfast, which was quite basic with limited options. It did the job, but don't expect much variety. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for clean, well-located accommodation with friendly service.

Overall Clean room, polite and accomodating staff.our room had broken internal window and very grubby air conditioning remote. Hot breakfast was luke warm at best, however range of food and facilities was good.

Location was everything! Literally within one block to the train station and walking distance to main attractions. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. They have 24/7 front desk. Note it is located in the third floor and they have a very small elevator in you are traveling with bags and can’t do stairs.

Great experience very clean great breakfast and so close to the train station. 10/10 will be coming back.
