Friendly staff, great location on a cute pedestrian street, very close to the central market. Nice walk to ponte vecchio and office, as well. Good breakfast with delicious tarts (spinach and ham/cheese) but with they had better espresso…coffee/cappuccino from a machine. Beds firm, room clean, albeit spartan. Recommend!

Ok but very basic . Breakfast not brilliant as not much choice. Most reception staff ok . Was given a kettle and tea & coffee when requested. Good area as near train and tourist attractions in

Room and breakfast were excellent. Very clean room and good lite breakfast options. While warned about the stairs (no elevator) I was on the second floor (2 up from the lobby) and the lobby is 30 steps up from the street so 70 steps in total. OK for a couple days and lite luggage but it does wear on you after awhile. I would stay here again for a couple days as the location is great and there is a great little Trattoria just to the right of the entrance.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms were tidy and well kept, breakfast was great for such a small hotel.

Room had a terrible bleach smell almost suffocating and the third adult bed was only fit for a small child. Not what was sold online would not recommend this hotel

Very good location. The only negative observation is that the reception is located on the first floor and there is no elevator. Other than that everything was fine and personnel was great and very helpful.

Love the cleanest , love the breakfast in the morning. The people so helpful and kind with warmth also set up breakfast early and cleaned your room didn’t mess with none of your belongings. Love the stay n convenient.

Staff was wonderful and made great recommendations! Location was perfect- note that taxis won’t take you all the way but it’s an easy walk to the train station or a 2 minute walk from where taxis leave you. Room was clean and breakfast at the hotel was the best breakfast we have had since arriving in Italy!
