The hotel is located right next to the Orvieto Duomo in the old town, next to the major sightseeings and restaurants.. it’s small and cozy, very clean room and very delicious breakfast with lots of choices.. we loved staying in this hotel and everyone was very friendly and helpful

Our train was late and the front desk staff, Alessia stayed late just to let us check in. It was very kind and went above and beyond! She also arranged transport from train to hotel which was super helpful due to the train’s late arrival. The breakfast was also very good with some hot selections and cold and fresh fruit. The room was very clean and well maintained with good air conditioning during the hot weather. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel which had great walking access to the major attractions. Orvieto is a lovely town!

Terrific place to stay. We enjoyed our stay so much! The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and even arranged a taxi to pick us up and take us back to the train station. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the lovely patio. Highly recommend!!

Hotel Duomo is perfectly located for exploring Orvieto. The hotel is stylishly decorated and room 204 was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was good and tasty. The sour cherry tart was delicious. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly especially Pietro who helped secure us a taxi after midnight as we missed our train at Rome. Riccardo too was very friendly. Pleased we chose Orvieto and Hotel Duomo.

Perfect location to every thing the beautiful town of Orvieto has to offer. Nice size and well appointed rooms with interesting local art and a quiet patio for a drink before heading to dinner but this place stands out for the absolutely amazing customer service. Every single employee went out of their way to meet our needs. Would love to visit again. SOON!

Great hotel in this impromptu stop we made in Orvieto! Beautiful town with lots of history, charm and friendly folks. If you want a taste of Italy away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. This hotel was perfect. The staff were beyond accommodating and the breakfast was among the best we’ve ever! Thank you to the staff for helping us find our way around. We appreciate you!

Figuring out the air control in the room was a little challenging. We were able to figure out windows though to help with air flow. Great stay though! Beautiful and well kept room

We enjoyed a night in the charming town of Orvieto between touring Rome and Florence. The Hotel Duomo was clean, comfortable and located just off the central square. The staff were helpful and welcoming and they provide a very nice breakfast. One note - if you need a taxi to the train station, ask for it to come 15 minutes earlier than you actually need. Our 8am taxi arrived at 8:15 and we missed our train to Florence unfortunately.

My favorite stay of our whole trip. Friendly staff, great location, and I always looked forward to the breakfast. Will definitely recommend this place to others.
