The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The views from our rooms were amazing. Meals were excellent with a great choice for breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to and from the train station is a real bonus. The only minor criticism is the air conditioning had been turned off for winter which seemed a little early (mid October). We were a little too warm on the first night. Overall a great place to stay in Sorrento and we would definitely visit again.

The view from Hotel Cristina was beautiful. The shuttle was very convenient at ran frequently between the hotel and the train station. The rooms were clean and modern but were not spacious. The food was great and the breakfast was an amazing buffet with many choices and a lot of food. All that said, the best thing about Hotel Cristina was the people that worked there. We enjoyed speaking with each person and their smiles a great start to each day.

The views from the hotel are beautiful! It offers an excellent buffet breakfast and a very attentive staff. We rented a Vespa and getting around was super easy ; we could reach the center of Sorrento in just 5 minutes! They also provide a shuttle service, which made it very convenient to get to Sorrento on our first night, both going and coming back.

Excellent hotel situated outside of Sorrento. The hotel provides a regular minibus at set times from Sorrento station to the hotel which needs to be booked in advance. Taxis are about 25-30Euro. Food was excellent, views stunning, staff really nice and helpful. A highlight was eating at the restaurant terrace overlooking the bay of Naples.

Incredible location gorgeous panoramic views of the coastline. Rooftop pool and bar, we had a perfect stay loved it! Staff were super friendly too. Shuttle to and from town was great! Would stay here again next time for sure

We stayed at the Hotel Cristina for 5 nights and had the best holidays ever! Clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, breathtaking views and great breakfasts were included. The rooftop pool was a big bonus, too. The hotel is located a walking distance from Sorrento Train Station (downhill), with an option of a free shuttle bus between Sorrento train station and the Hotel. The double rooms we've stayed in were clean and tidy and big enough to comfortably accommodate 2 adults. The view from the tarrace was to die for - sea on the left, Vesuvius and beautiful mountains. The team at the Hotel Restaurant went above and beyond to provide us with the best dining experience. From the warm welcome to the mouthwatering dishes, every aspect was top-notch. There were different kinds of fresh bread, sweet and savoury croissant and cake selection, bacon and scrambled eggs, pastries, ham, olives, cheese and quiche every day. Freshly squeezed orange juice, tea and coffee also available. All of this with the Mount Vesuvius view right in front of your eyes! Thank you Hotel Cristina for helping us to create great memories and to celebrate our daughter's birthday, too. Little surprise from you just made her day super special! Couldn't recommend enough!

Great stay!

A beautiful property with a great view. Unfortunately, it is far from everything. Taxi drivers take complete advantage of tourists. Owner of hotel should consider offering a free shuttle to Amalfi in the morning and in the evening

Beautiful terrace and pool. The shuttle was super helpful. We loved being a bit away from the main downtown area. And staff was great. They had great recommendations for excursions as well.

The Hotel Cristina was perfect for our first trip to Sorrento. The staff was extremely helpful, the room and view were gorgeous. We loved the restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast. We would definitely stay again!

The views are stunning. The hotel is up on a hill accessible by a narrow road. It is not easily to walk anywhere else if you've got a family. The free shuttle to the train station is a welcomed benefit. From there, an easy way to explore Sorrento restaurants and shops. Though the room was small for a family of four, the built-in storage was helpful. The bed is a bit too firm and it would be nice to have 2 layers of bed blankets instead in 1 thick duvet. You are either too hot, or wake up freezing when you throw the duvet off in the night. I enjoyed dinners at the hotel restaurant especially at sunset and the prices were reasonable. The breakfast buffet was the same everyday. I appreciated the fresh orange juice, cappuccino, and array of freshly baked delicious croissants. The service and staff are excellent, helpful, and welcoming.

Incredible views, lovely hotel and kind staff

What a lovely hotel. Everyone was so nice and willing to help from the front desk to the shuttle drivers to the restaurant staff! The shuttle to town was so helpful and they were always on time. However, there were a few days that we had to meet a tour in town before the first shuttle time but it was an easy walk to town as well! We loved staying here and didn’t want to leave. The views from our room were spectacular. We will definitely stay here again, no doubt!!

One of the best places I’ve stayed. Gorgeous view. Great breakfast. Excellent service. Shuttle to train station is convenient and free. Bed isn’t great, but I’d stay here again.

The views from this property were more than gorgeous. I had a view from my room, the restaurant, the pool, and other areas. The shuttle was fantastic and easy to use & sugn up for. The only issue I had was tour groups not wanting to pick me up the hill that the hotel was located on. I scheduled a couple of things before the shuttle service started so i had to walk down the hill to meet them. It was only 5 minutes and had no issues but its good to know if you might have trouble walking bc the walk back up was steep but doable. The stay at this gorgeous hotel was worth the little hike for me.

This place is amazing off the beaten path but there shuttle is so easy to use they have set time and only takes you to train station but it works perfectly the train station is in town.

This was the best hotel we’ve stayed at for a number of years. It was clean and modern and the staff were helpful and friendly. Great view of Vesuvius from our room. The shuttle bus was easy to book through WhatsApp. The breakfast was very good with a range of food for everyone’s taste.
