Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again!

The room was noisy due to the bins being emptied late at night - we asked to be moved and we were only moved one floor up in the same position so still had the noise from the bins. The waiting staff in the bar where not very good either - they did not seem to understand what was being asked of them.

Good cleaning and service. I happened to stay during my birthday and the reception staff made an effort to make the day special. Very much appreciated.

This was a very nice hotel. Our room was beautiful and clean exactly what we expected except maybe a little bit small. We had dinner in the area. It was great we just walked. We walked to the green space in the morning that it’s right next to super beautiful and more delicious lunch there Italian place near there was wonderful.

Excellent gym and pool area, but the hotel itself is very dated and due a refurb. Good for a short/overnight stay when in the city but many nicer hotels available for the price.

The staff was really helpful and the hotel itself was nice. We had an issue with our room and they upgraded us to a nicer room. The breakfast buffet was normal for a hotel soggy bacon and sloppy scrambled eggs. I would stay away from their onsite restaurant Cayote. First they didn't have an basic item on the menu, then they screwed up the order and forgot to bring cutlery. It was not a very good experience.

Siempre qué venga a Santa Cruz me hospedo aquí. Me encanta todo, desde la decoración, la zonas comunes, la situación y amabilidad del personal. Por ponerle alguna pega esta vez he tenido problems con los ascensores varias veces. Muy pesada la espera para subir y bajar, ascensor estropeado varias veces

The area around the hotel is very pretty and shopping very close.

We enjoyed Medano as a location to start the holiday - buzzy little town which had a festival while we were there. The hotel was right in the heart of it, and we loved getting in to the sea from the sun deck. Finally found a parking spot quiet a few blocks away and had to push the case through the busy pedestrian areas. Our triple sea view room was looking back over to the harbour, and was nice.

Great hotel !!!

Our stay as a couple was excellent. There were only a couple of minor things that we found not good was that there were no where reachable to hang your bath towels, there was no soap dish in the bathroom and also there were no places to hang up dresses and longer items of clothing. Other than those few things everything was fantastic - 100%. The food was superb. We definitely would recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.

The only issues I had were that there was a malfunctioning toilet flush, which meant I had to turn it off manually. Also the room was humid pand the air-conditioning did not seem to work. But opening the window helped a lot.

It was a lovely hotel. The staff was excellent and had a nice park within walking distance of the hotel.
