Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel location is far from the city centre and no good places to eat. There was a convenience store at the gas station called Autogrill which was open and had limited options.

Staff were excellent. Room was minimal but the bathroom was roomy. Good breakfast

Reception staff are not very helpful or particularly friendly. No tea or coffee in the rooms, air conditioning not working.

Very nice hotel veryclean and convenient. Restaurant on site but limited hours. No other nearby restaurants. Would stay here again. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of free onsite parking.

The overall condition of the hotel is pretty good compared with the price they charged for the room. The exterior of the building is a little bit old but the room looks clean.

Hotel concierge was very helpful getting us taxi cabs and finding a place to eat.

A brief but very pleasant stay, special mention to the maitre d in the restaurant (and the chef) for a superb meal of local dishes worth of any top level osteria. Great food, great service. And very good value. Reception was very friendly and helpful, room was quiet and good quality. All in all a first rate experience

The hotel staff do not take feedback in a polite way. They deflect the problem. Problem 1: Air conditioning was intentionally turned off in my room at 10am. It should have been turned off after i checked out or up to 12pm the correct. Problem 2: Staff who was told about the complaint made a mockery of the customer. He provoked the customer to submit a negative review because it will be a 'small drop in the ocean' Problem 3: Customer takes picture of reception area with a staff member. Hotel aggressively responds with threatening behaviour on privacy. Clearly the hotel does not know how to handle a genuine customer complaint which the hotel is at fault for terminated the air conditioning in my room 2hours early than the check time of 12pm. This is not 4 star service. Hotels does not seem to have a polite resolution.

While it is close to the airport. the room was spacious with two bathroom areas. With AC for those from USA :). The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with HIGH quality and tasty food! The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The lobby area is huge, here is also located the "eating" area. The parking lot is next to the hotel this is for 12 Euros if I remember well, they have vigilance all night. I did not use any other amenities for what I can't mention more. regardless I am a Big traveler and i definitely recommend this hotel.

THE HOTEL LOCATION WAS VERY INCONVIENT. FOR SOMEONE NOT USE TO THE AREA IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND THE HOTEL WHICH WAS VERY FRUSTRATING. THE RESTURANT WAS OVERPRICED AND PRETENTIOUS. THE FOOD WAS MEDIOCRE.
