amazing place to stay!!

Very good.

My main complaint is the quality of soundproofing room to room. I could hear the next rooms guests talking. Definitely hear their coughing. I knew when they used the toilet. Other than that it was reasonable value for money. On a quiet square but close to everything.

The location is fantastic, right across from the plaza and close to the metro station. The room is quite spacious, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options.

Hotel was clean, beds comfy, location was good but bit hesitate to go out at night with the kids so ate in hotel or got taxi, no issues in the day. Breakfast was ok, kids loved the donuts for breakie. Only issue with the hotel is the lack of soundproofing, I could hear the rooms above and around me having showers etc and we were just unlucky that some of these were in the middle of the night. My kids are sound sleepers so never affected us too much. Big shout out to the barman he went out his way to make my kids and me feel welcome. I would stay here again, thanks

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the cleaning staff were absolutely the best I’ve encountered anywhere. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it easy to get around Madrid. It took about 20 to 25 minutes to reach the Prado Museum, and the main shopping streets were also around 20 minutes away on foot. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with fresh options each morning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which really added to the experience. Overall, great value for money and a place I’d definitely stay at again.

Great! Quiet street not far from everything you need to see!

I've been coming back to this hotel for years. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. The service is fantastic and the location excellent.

This is a lovely hotel.Friendly staff,most helpful. The hotel is situated in a very pleasant area ,not far from the centre which is easily accessible via metro and there is a taxi rank .

Stay was comfortable, had everything we needed for 1 night. Location is good and away from the noise.

This hotel is beautiful and very well located, near shops, restaurants, etc. The only reason I don’t give it a five star is because you hear the sound of people walking on the ceiling Also, we came from USA with luggage and they don’t help.

Staying near Alicante for a month we decided to have a short break in Madrid. This hotel was in they perfect location. We had arrived in Madrid by train into Chamartin and got the metro L1 to Bilbao, the hotel was a 5 mins walk from there. Check in was great and the reception staff really friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and clean. The only negative was that the rooms are in no way soundproof! So if you're a light sleeper I would suggest taking some ear plugs. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. We covered all the main tourist attractions by foot, only using the metro to get to the main station, but the metro was very easy to use. We found a lovely place to have brunch and also a great place for tapas just 5 mins walk from the hotel - the receptionist gave us a great recommendation. All in all a fantastic stay for a great rate.
