We stayed in the loft room. It is listed as having two bathrooms but there was only one toilet. Also the bedroom area is quite cramped without a place to store a suitcase

Great property in an excellent area. Cool Spa set up, wonderful breakfast, and a great staff.

A cosy room where we had to ask for some furniture to be removed to fit our cases on the floor. Good breakfast. Pool was good although limited spa jets working. Charging for a cup of tea at the end of the day was a bit rich.

The breakfast was a very por continental breakfast presented as a buffet. Not tofu on time and bad coffe.

Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel is centrally located with lots of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance.

Staff is attentive and polite, clearly described every charge and gave recommendations for food and metro. Any of their breakfast buffet options are great in terms of quality, quantity, and variety. Their pool and sauna is clean. WiFi is seamless and connects to multiple devices.

Perfect location in the heart of the St Germain neighbourhood. Room was beautiful but very small. Be warned that if you have a room overlooking the main road it may get noisy!

There is no better place to stay in all of Paris. This hotel is a gem. I come yo Paris frequently and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff is always so helpful and polite. The neighborhood is charming with plenty of charming stores and great cafes and restaurants.

Great stay! Central location in St Germaine walkable to the majority of the city. The spa is a nice way to unwind at the end of day. Staff are incredible!

The stay was fine. Location was excellent. There is no concierge and staff (one in particular) appeared unfamiliar with how to get around. Instructions when asked were vague and unhelpful. We also found it a bit noisy at night and early morning. We would however stay again and ask for different rooms.

It was an excellent stay albeit a short one. The staff were amazing, especially Natasha and the young man who worked the front desk at night. They went above and beyond helping us with anything we needed. Thank you!

Clean and spacious room but really not worth the price paid!! One of the receptionist needs to change her job, she did not open her mouth! Hospitality 0. Cant keep 4 towels at all time for 2 PAX, only 2, so they stay wet… Not sure Ill come back.

The room was so cute and well appointed. The bathroom was lovely with a large bathtub, Nice tile and top of the line fixtures. Plenty of nice amenities. Loved the Nespresso bar nestled in the closet.

Great staff clean rooms. Very good location. If you’re looking for a lot of your local food products and shopping. But definitely wouldrecommend this hotel.
