The AC was not working during our trip but the hotel management gave us free breakfast instead. Well situated hotel and no circulation in front.

The location was convenient to Galeries Lafayette, 2 Metro Stations, Sacre Couer, Monmartre and many eateries. The staff were all helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. ( ask for a room over the roof rather than over the outside courtyard on the ground floor). The rooms over the courtyard can be very noisy in common with all of the old buildings in central Paris. I gave a 4 rating as the air conditioning was not working, no-one's fault, hard to get a repair done as there had been a heatwave 33.5 Celsius the day before I arrived. Value for money in a nice safe part of Paris with a good mix of tourists and locals in the cafes. The Hotel was generous giving us Breakfasts without charge as the air conditioning was not working.

No gluten free options. And no gluten free options for restaurants near by. Very difficult area for people with dietary issues (no matter what Google says).

Very good services and the staff very kind

We didn’t have breakfast at the property. Room was clean and great area … close to Metro Opera so perfect for our two day stay. Room: Was a right squeeze but then again we did have a small double bed room and two big suitcases Bathroom: Small but extremely clean & good for two nights

Front desk staff was wonderful. Friendly and took care of us. Rooms are small but great beds and showers. Everyone friendly.

We had a great stay at this hotel and would really recommend it. It is always a worry when booking hotels in cities but this hotel was perfect, in a great location only a couple minutes from the nearest metro, it was really clean and just overall a great hotel!

The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I booked a single room on a business trip and the room and bed were ok, clean and for Paris not too small. The room was looking into a small, dark court, viewing the wall. I never understand why such rooms exist and I’d be terribly disappointed if this would be the room for my holiday. Positive side, it’s quiet.

Extremely clean room, great, friendly and attentive staff. Good location for local shops, café’s and restaurants. Ligne 7 close by for the Metro. Would recommend.

Very cute, but small room compared to North American standards. Very clean, and well equiped with TV and a nice shower/toilet. The breakfast was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!
