Great service as usually it was my second stay

I’d say 4* is a push, but it’s certainly a good value for money hotel in a great location. Room small (but normal for Paris) - could do with a bit of tlc and attention to detail

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The hotel was located within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro. The room was perfect for our needs, and we loved being able to drop our bags early and leave them before our evening flight. If I ever find myself in Paris again, I would absolutely stay here again.

Room was clean but very tiny with three beds. Bathroom was a little awkward. Great location near arc de triomphe. We heard at checkout that water in the room was free the first day but we weren't told that so we didn't take advantage. Also we were told children were free for breakfast but then told one child didn't qualify due to age.

The location is great. Staff very helpful and friendly. They decorated the room for my birthday. Would definitely stay here again.

Shower and sink in main part of the room but its a good size shower, lift is small but it those have one, location right near station that links you all around paris, clean room, despite being in busy area was a good nights sleep

We arrived with friends whose room was 3 floors down from ours. When the staff realised we were together they immediately offered to change their room so they were on the same floor as us. So thoughtful and helpful. We really enjoyed our short stay at the Hotel arc de triomph etoile
