Perfect hotel! Room was clean, and was cleaned every day, staff were so helpful and friendly and offered to store my luggage after checking out since my flight was late at night. The staff are all so friendly and absolutely amazingly helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The location is amazing, I was able to walk to Park Guell and Bunkers del Carmel super easily, and the metro was under a 10min walk away. The hotel is next to Line 4 (L4) which is such a convenient train line that takes you directly to the Gothic Quarter / El Born / the heart of the city. Felt so at home here! Am definitely thinking about booking to stay here again for next time.

Booked this 2 star hotel, advertised at about £95 a night, for a week's holiday. Have to say that the room, though perfectly clean, was disappointingly basic. There were shelves and a hanging space that you couldn't call a wardrobe, and the desk/table was just a fixed shelf with a plastic chair. The worst disappointment was that when checking the bill I found I had been charged over £200 for four of the seven nights. The excuse was that there was a big conference going on in Barcelona. No delegates were to be seen at breakfast, and the hotel did not appear to be fully booked for those 4 days. That room was not worth £200 a night. Pure profiteering.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff from the night crew to the day crew was outstanding. I was there as a tourist with little knowledge of the area. They helped me find exactly what I needed from entrainment to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had something for everyone’s taste.

Very clean; comfortable beds; friendly staff who speak English well; 10+mins walk to Park Guell. In a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket downstairs. Our room has a nice balcony. Overall a great experience. The only downside was that our bathtub somehow was slippery and I fell. So watch out a little.

Very, very satisfied. The room was very clean, very comfortable. the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a very good location-- close to transit, close to many retail establishments.

The hotel is conveniently located to Park Guell and Sagrada Familia. Whilst it is a bit of a distance on Metro or Bus to Barceloneta or the Gothic Quarter, my family and I wanted peace and quiet, so this hotel was ideal for exactly that. It is visible the Hotel needs some repair works. Primarily, in terms of ventilation. The vents in the bathroom were not working, so humidity accummulated in excess both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. As a result, the towels wouldn't dry, and the bathroom was mouldy, with a dented door that wouldn't close properly. That to one side, sleep and breakfast quality were good, and transport links more than made up for the humidity challenge. In fact, there's a bus stop right by the hotel door. The hotel accommodated an earlier breakfast for us, as we were meant to travel very early in the morning. Kind, courteous staff, and no security challenges in the area.

The staff were helpfull and friendly. The apartment was spacious, clean, nice balcony, sober and spartan furnished. We had what we needed in the apartment and would recommend it to others. Easy access to public transport just outside the door.

Breakfast starts at 7:30am which is not good for early flights. We left at 6:45am. While the hotel is in a safe central location it is a bit older and basic.It was a bit noisy, could hear conversations from the rooms next door. We could not turn on the AC because the entire hotel was on heat. The hotel provided a fan which was helpful. We tried to open windows but it’s a pretty busy and noisy street. Overall it was a little pricey for what you get but ok for an overnight stay.

Clean room, Nice and helpful service

Room was just what I needed. The bed was super firm which I love. However the shower can barely fit a normal sized person. Staff were super friendly and the light breakfast was great. A reasonable choice for someone who is in and out of the area for a day.

Il s'agit d un deux étoiles et non trois. Il est assez cher pour un deux étoiles loin du centre avec une salle de bain vieille et un rideau de douche dans la baignoire. Le personnel était par contre très aimable et la chambre était propre tous les jours. Lits confortables. Petit déjeuner un peu limité après 9h.

Hotel was very clean, quiet and the rooms are nice. The staff at the reception were phenomenal, gave me good recommendations for sites and night life. Always had a smile on their face. Definitely recommend this 10/10 and will stay there again next time I visit.

All of the staff at the desk and serving breakfast were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The area was really convenient with shops and restaurants in the area. Park Guel was nearby as well as the charming area of Gracia which was a little to the south within walking distance. Perhaps in the future the walls could have some soundproofing done to make the hotel quieter and a contractor could do a little repairing or finishing of electrical holes (blinds), ceiling tiles in the bathroom- minor finishes. All in all, we would definitely return. We really enjoyed our stay!

3rd time at Traversera and will decide come back

Noisy plumbing, noisy streets, noisy guests. Front desk staff fantastic.
