The breakfast was very good. The garden area was beautiful with lots of different areas toast in. The pool was cleaned daily and my friends enjoyed their swim.

Amazing location walking distance to the promenade, old town, train and other tourist spots. Friendly staff, cute hotel with beautiful jungle garden and pool. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom super tiny but ok. We didn’t have breakfast or food at the hotel as we preferred to explore local places. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting to experience Nice.

Lovely, central location but my room was very quiet. I faced a court with lovely trees and very much enjoyed that view. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent and reasonably priced. Room needed a bit of updating. Bring your own shampoo! Don't hope for a good coffee maker in the room.

First - let me say the standard for 4 stars in the US is not the same in Europe. A 4 Star in Europe is really a 3 in US. Just saying... OK, so based on that. Service / Staff - it's outstanding. People are friendly and helpful. Checking in, morning reception - they are awesome. Outside "jungle" is terrific. It is beautiful! Really nice job. Rooms - they are dated and not great. Size was good and that was a plus. Nothing great about the rooms though. Location - within a 10 to 15 minute walk to beaches or main train station, so location is good (not great because not super close to one great thing. One note - Juliette or French Balcony - just because you think you have a balcony, you may not. They are only about 1" out. They are not what you think of where you can put a chair or sit and have a coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Keep that in mind when booking!

Very helpful staff. Unusual ambiance

Location, location, location! We walked everywhere in Nice and when we needed an Uber to go more than 20 minutes out for dinner, it came within 5 minutes. I chose this hotel because we wanted a pool and the pool and garden were lovely but honestly, we spen pratically no time there. They had water quality issues sowe used the pool twice in a 6 days period and did not eat at the hotel as we preferred to explore. There were many breakfast places near the hotel.

Great location . The hotel is somewhat tired, the pool was cold and murky, looked like it needed cleaning . The bed was comfortable but the bathroom felt grubby, mouldy seal around the bath

Fantastic location. Rooms were a bit tired and the bathroom smelt a bit damp but the room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
