Great location for restaurants and shopping but finding the hotel with the GPS was difficult due to the road block.

Great location, friendly staff, and comfy room

We enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean!!

The place was well kept, and the room was comfortable with air condition! They had daily maid service. The underground parking was right across the street which was a huge plus for me. I have had challenges in Caen with parking before.

Family of three from Vancouver Canada, very friendly staff, helpful, spoke English and gave us directions to food and sights, arranged taxis for us, good BW breakfast ( charge per day), excellent central location to Abby’s, shopping, etc, easily walkable, near trains and buses too. Comfortable beds and bathroom, bring conditioner and shampoo ladies unless you like all in one. Good hairdryer, balcony door let in cool air. Loved it! Definitely will stay again.

Nice hotel in a great location. The bathroom was a good size — something that can be hard to find in France. My only critique is that one of the front desk staff, the gentleman with the beard, could improve his customer service skills. That said, I still give this establishment five stars overall.

Excellent location. Train station nearby. Many restaurants nearby very walkable area. Very nice people within the area. Definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

Amazing staff

The location of the hotel was great, near restaurants, the chateau, and other main attractions. The staff of the hotel were very helpful and had enough English fluency to compensate for my measly French. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The next door restaurant is wonderful!!
