Very friendly and helpful staff who were very knowledgeable of the region, gave advice on the places to visit and how to travel. All staff were bilingual so communication was easy. The hotel is in an excellent location for shopping, eateries, the beaches and transport links around the Coast, ie Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cannes and the Antibes. Happy with our choice of hotel and the region as a whole.

Good location & helpful staff

Large room. Shower wasn't great (just a hose on the wall with no mount for an overhead shower). Seems a bit outdated and the lobby smelled like someone smokes two packs a day in it. But the area was good; a bit out of the centre which I appreciated for ease of parking and quietness.

Front counter staff were lovely and friendly however Hôtel not like the photos very small, bathroom you could not move! It was ridiculous! Car park very small didbt bother with the breakfast wish we never stayed there no view of the water either. Rooms not soundproof Menton a big miss for us!

Clean and comfortable, central location.

Very nice staff. Hotel is very close to grocery stores and shops. The train station is also very accessible and convenient.

Very hard to park and place was good because it was near to old town, which we have expected, but no free water nor coffee.

Property is well managed, very clean, close to everything in Menton but still quiet at night. Great value.

We liked this place.

My partner and I spent 2 nights, enjoying very much the proximity to both the old town, the beach, and the train and bus stations as it sits in-between them all. For breakfast the Boulanger 2 blocks up was wonderful. Wish we had taken the breakfast back to the room and enjoyed on the generous balcony of the hotel room. The hotel feels like it might need some updating soon, but overall charming.

The room was just okay. I would choose the room that did not have the balcony- it’s larger. Very busy location.

Nice place, nice town

We loved Hotel Chambord! Great location! Parking garage was a big bonus. Our room was spacious and cleaned meticulously every day. What was most special about this hotel were the people working at the front desk. They were informative and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Menton.

Great location would stay there again.
