The location of the hotel is great, close to the main attractions and parks! The staff is very friendly and the hotel offered a couples drinks on arrival. The room was spacious but there were not enough power outlets. Only one in the room, far away from the bed and table and other on the bathroom. On the common areas I felt that the hotel needed a few renovations and updates, it's a little stuck in the past.

The hotel staff is so nice, it’s really great, but the air conditioning in the rooms is way too strong, it made it difficult to sleep well… Also the shower is tricky but once you get it, it’s very nice! The rooms might need more outlets, but the bed is so comfortable!

The location is good - is about 10 min of town center but no view(6/10), the staff ok - few of them speak english(4/10), the restaurant is ok(6/10). Special mention to few of the staff who were excellent (9/10). The rooms were clean enough(7/10) and the room service is ok(6/10). The noise you hear from any room is horrible(-10/10). Is like there are no walls. You can actually hear the other persons walking in their slippers from 2 rooms away. You can hear the elevator, the talking and basically any noise from inside the hotel like it was there inside the room with you. Still the prices were ok (7-10).

No warm water... Water problems were known already at check-in but no information given. Couldn't shower the first day and second day it was still a bit cold. No apologies, no discount offer. Discount offered only after request. It was could and the Aircon heating could not warm up the room, too.
