Really nice staff and close to transport options

Hotel is located in the city center, quiet and nice area, acceptable price. Room had only basic equipment = bed, one table, one chair, blanket, 2 towels per person, wifi, hair dryer. Windows are without mosquito mesh. Shower gel only in small sachets, so bring your own or go buy it. No shampoo. Breakfast buffet offers only basic food. Some other dishes are for addiotional fee. Empolyees are very nice and helpful. Considering the price and service, hotel is an acceptable choice for 1-2 nights.

This is a nice little hotel. Its not fancy, but it is clean and cozy. They also offer a nice varied breakfast that includes hot eggs and Vienna sausage. The staff is very friendly. I would stay here again.

It’s a small hotel but definitely too good for its price. The staff was kind, and the breakfast was good. Lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

Functional and basic. Good for somewhere cheap to use as a base and explore the city.

Very nice hotel for a few days in Vienna. Very good contact with a nice guy in the reception. Simple but good breakfast. Very good wifi.

Great 1 night stay nice room size ,shower was a bit cramped others wise good experience.

Breakfast, WiFi, staff helpfulness was good. But room (301) smelled like a sewer, which housekeeping clearly knew about as kept opening the windows even though it’s winter. Also constantly woken by lift machinery next to room. Pillow was a joke, no deeper than a sheet of paper, better hotels out there in same price bracket.

Great value for money. Close to public transport into the city and friendly staff. The only negative I would mention is the lack of air conditioning. The room was quite warm in summer.

Location was convenient: walking distance to the city centre, tram and metro stops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall my stay was enjoyable.
