Rooms were spotless, did not have breakfast but it looked nice. Great hotel in a very very good location

The room was very clean, very nice lobby to relax in. Alex at the front desk was so helpful with information. Hotel very convenient to transportation, and also walkable to town. We will stay here every time we visit Vienna.

Great staff and breakfast

Great location and very easy access to trains and walkable into the main centre. Unfortunately hotel is very basic and the breakfast is substandard. The room we had was for 4 people and could barely fit 4 people in. There was not space to move. The gentleman who saw us on the first morning was super polite and kind however the rest of the staff were pretty unfriendly. Decor was ok but could have done with some festive cheer.

Small cozy hotel with lovely atmosphere in great location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, clean rooms. Good value for money, we loved it and strongly recommend it

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located, friendly hotel. It's so nice to have the option of complimentary hot and cold drinks during the day, light snacks, (and night), a quiet atmosphere and welcoming, helpful staff.

Great cafe's around. Check in very easy. Room is spacious and clean. Very clean.

Very easy and all online check-in experience. Room keys are sent via their mobile app for check-in and uses Bluetooth. Salon area is nice and all day access to coffee is great. The room was comfortable and amenities provided are great. Wi-Fi was mostly good (few instances where speeds slowed) but stable the full trip.

Went for 3 nights. Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Nice touch that it had espresso machines in the rooms and a coffee and croissants for breakfast. Really a good stay… I would stay here again

Convenient to tourist spots.

Great boutique hotel. Room was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Facilities all worked well. Great location. So easy to get to all the sites. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great communial lounge area. Delicious fresh croissants for breakfast every morning.

Nice quiet hotel just outside of the main tourist area. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
