On arrival the staff where friendly at reception when in the room there was hair in the WC the shower smelt throughout our stay of dirty drains the only good thing about our room was the view which we paid extra for. The room was shabby in decor and odd how the shower and wc was just in the room!

Situation good, staff helpful room clean but very noisy with noise from other rooms plumbing air conditioning not working

This a nice hotel. The building AC was not working during how stay. The staff did not mention at check-in. We had a south-west facing room and got super warm, 30+ degrees at night and we did not get a good night sleep. The front desk was ambivalent about the issue and should have been handled much better.. Would not recommend.

Our stay couldn t have been more perfect. The only improvement I would recommend is the diversity and quality of the menu of the restaurant within the location.

Very good breakfast. Excellent room, fabulous views from balcony.

Ok but not great. Property was a little tired and in need it upgrading. Spa was very militant about 60 minute max time slots - which required additional payment as well.

The Hotel is very nice. Beautiful view from the tero. We were upgraded to a junior suite. And the breakfast was generous

It’s very old and run down. It looked so nice in the marketing pictures so I booked two nights but I decided to leave after one night and they wouldn’t refund the second night.

Hotel semplice e raffinato , personale molto gentile , calde spaziose e pulite , colazione con i prodotti buoni ,tutto vicino camminando a piedi , torneremo di sicuro . Felice Berna

The room was clean and spacious, with an unbelievable view. The gym was well-equipped and clean. WiFi worked well. Staff was friendly. Overall great stay!

Very old building and facilities. Small rooms without many amenities. Not even a mini bar. Way outdated. Very very good location. Over price. This is a 2 or 2.5 stars hotel, not more.
