Excellent in every aspect

I love this hotel. It is a smaller, traditional Spanish hotel, but wth everything you need to be comfortable. Wonderful friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good wifi. It is in a very convenient, central and walkable part of the city, easy access to great restaurants and bars. This was my second weeklong stay there. I will be back.

Right in the centre of town. Great for access to bars and restaurants. Excellent friendly staff. The only downside was the hotel lobby and central stairway were like a giant amplifying sound tunnel with even relatively quiet sounds causing a disturbance

This is a nice hotel. I booked for a two night stay, at short notice. The hotel is nice, good value, clean and comfortable rooms. However what really made a difference was the staff. They were all friendly and professional, however José, at reception during the day, was fantastic. I arrived just on time for a call, and before even checking in he gave me the wifi codes and a comfortable meeting room to make the call from. During my stay he provided some excellent recommendations, and was consistently helpful and friendly. If you want a nice, reasonable, comfortable and very friendly hotel in the center of El Puerto de Santa Maria, I highly recommend.

This place is amazing! One of the best places I have stayed while touring around Spain. The place is in the centre of the city and it has what a tourist would want.

Nice price, room ok, but smelled cigarette a lot. Although it was no-smoking. Looked like last guest smoked in the room and they didn't give time for the room to loose the smell.

It is situated directly above a crowded plaza surrounded by drinking establishments. It is noisy until the wee hours of the morning. The walls are thin so sounds from outside and inside kept me awake.

This place is located in a Convenient area with good WiFi.

Smack dab in the middle of the nightlife district. Room 113 has a full view of the plaza, surrounded by a few bars. With a double pane window, very little of the noise could be heard inside the room. Parking costs 5.95 euros for 24 hours , and has no in/out privileges. Street parking is horrible!!! Don’t expect a short easy stroll back to the hotel. The hotel offers a hot breakfast, and must be ordered through the bar. Just don’t let the kitchen help from the kitchen/bar intimidate you!! Ask the front desk lady for assistance if that happens.

Nice hotel near restaurants, shopping, parking and more. Staff very nice and will do their best to help a guest.

I love it. It is close to everything. The stuff is warm and helpful. They went above and beyond for us. I love the breakfast. They knew us by name before we left.

located in what would normally be a quiet little square but as it was MotoGP weekend was a centre of partying! Located convenient to restaurants older style premises my room was small but clean and comfortable. TV was supposed to have satellite feed but couldn’t get bbc or cnn. Free street Parking not easy but an underground pay car park close by.

Only stayed for one night, arrived early but had no trouble checking in, staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a bar and restaurant however didn't get time to try it, but looked nice. Hotel is in a great location to enjoy the sights and the many bars and restaurants close by. Public Car park just next to hotel only €3.95 for a 24 HR stay. The town is lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
