Excellent hotel. No complaints It’s too far away from the centre of town Bus stop right out side hotel and metro down the street Would have preferred better communication from staff on how to access tickets and timetables .

Clean room

Hotel very convenient for travelling to city centre , however restaurant not always open for evening meal. No tea or coffee making facilities in room which would of been welcome first thing. Staff very pleasant & helpful.

The rooms were as described and had 4 single beds, a plus when traveling as a group. They were clean and spacious.

The hotel was a great surprise for us. We decided to stay in the hotel for the last night in this hotel as it is very close to the airport but we were surprised with its convenient location. Plenty of available free parking slots (so we didn’t have to pay for parking like what we paid for other more popular hotels. We stayed in 4 twin bed room which was huge (never seen this size in any other hotel), this was like a suite or studio. The bathroom was also spacious. Everything was neat and clean. Receptionists were very pleasant. Very affordable (much cheaper yet higher quality than more popular hotels).

It was pretty disgusting and overpriced. There was a fly in the yogurt and the guy just scooped it out into a napkin and put the spoon back.

Really friendly staff, nice comfy lounge, hotel was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was lovely and new. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice.

The staff was nice and the room was clean.

We arrived earlier for our check in, staff was very friendly and tried to take us, but the room was not ready, they had a luggage storage, which was very convenient. The area seems safe, room was large, matressess were confortable, towels clean. Good wifi, light room, safe in closet and mini bar. Public bus runs up to midnight, stops right across from entrance of hotel, and it goes into downtown, making it easy to commute to the
