Food is delicious, the surrounding is really good. internet access can become very limited at some places. The deposit for towels, parking, and cups is very annoying. But good experience in general.

Food not the best! Room too small I doubt is a 4☆ hotel

Not a bad hotel although the restaurant was very loud and noisy at all times. Worse on one night when a DJ was blasting out music that you could not hear as it was too loud and just the beat. Some discipline in the lines for the buffet would be helpful as it is a bit of a free for all. Food was good. There was something for everyone. Room was clean and comfortable. Idle for a short stop over on route.

Only highlight - water slides were open which we did not expect as they are closing them on 1st October. Very strong disinfection smell entering hotel, had to ask to change rooms as on 5th floor had horrible sewage smell from bathrooms, were moved to 1st floor where we had no window, just patio door which was opening to open patio for whole floor with view to walls. No entertainment on evenings, if not count 30 min disco for kids on one evening. Worst part was food. We are not picky, but we did struggle to find anything to eat every day. Management was very nice to send us bottle of bubbles as a compliment, but unfortunately that did not change our disappointment. We were all inclusive.

The staff and amenities were top. Its a very family oriented hotel. Food was great and the waterpark is very enjoyable for all ages. Highly recommended!

The resort is built for kids only in mind. The director/manager didn’t speak English and very rude. The restaurant manager was very nice and attentive

I first went to this hotel 40 year's ago and it's changed immensely. The rooms are modern and comfortable with adequate appliances. The food choice was very good plenty of choice with British basics as well as continental. Just a little chaotic though. Entertainment was good. I went with teenage daughter so cannot comment on kid's club etc. The water park is an excellent Idea and addition to the hotel. Overall a fantastic family oriented hotel I would definitely recommend.

Stayed here in Oct 2016. Positives: Great location, just across the road from the beach, 5 minutes walk from train station, nearby shops and restaurants were good. Staff were welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Food was good and varied, restaurant staff were pleasant. Negatives: Terrible rooms, very old and dated. Walls so thin,you can hear everything from the room next door so made sleeping difficult. Beds and mattresses were very cheap and uncomfortable. As the standard room was so bad, I tried to upgrade to superior room, but none was available.

Vivienne was amazing. So was Oscar and a few other bar staff. Hotel always had something to do eg events activities. Bed sheets old fashioned but still clean. Very nice overall.

Nice for families with young kids.

Kiva vesipuisto, mutta kylmä vesi. Hirveä hälinä ja meteli hotellissa, yksi yö riitti meille. Kiva huone ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin mutta äänieristystä ei juurikaan ollut. Sijainti hyvä ja ruoat ok.

Estancia tranquila y agradable. Los niños y yo hemos disfrutado de este fin de semana mucho. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y la playa justo delante muy buena. Lo único así un poco flojo la comida, un poco caos
