Standard room was dated and very shabby. I was surprised as reviews did not reflect this. Mouldy roof in bathroom and cracked tiles. Rear door and bathroom door worn and needed painting. Shower in bath which is very dated. Many of the website photos are 9 years old. No air on despite hotel staying there was in standard room. Breakfast was reasonably good. Didn’t try the restaurant due to limited menu.

Reception staff were amazing but felt so sorry for them as the hotel is a real dive! Hotels.com made no reverence to the red being no restaurant open and we had to walk through an industrial estate to fine a restaurant. I wish I’d researched more and I wish Hitels.com had given an accurate description; feel very let down indeed; we slept with a chair up against the door also!!!!! But let me say again; the reception staff were a delight.

From check in to check out the staff were absolutely charming and could not have been more friendly and charming. Our evening meal was served with a smile and was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Great place for an overnight stay.

The service and cleanliness were good. However the rooms are so tiny you can’t even walk around the bed. The evening meal was so salty that it was inedible and also very expensive - €30 per head. The breakfast was a very poor - two croissants and a Luke warm cup of tea for €12 each. The room was freezing when we arrived and to get to sleep we needed duvets, blankets and we also layered clothing on top to stay warm. Our total cost for 1 night in a tiny freezing room with terrible food was €177 euros. The overall rating was 2 stars rather than one star because at least the hotel was clean and they took your money with a pleasant smile!

Only a one night stay but a very pleasant one. Good sized room, clean and comfortable. Slightly noisy on the car park side of the hotel from the road nearby but very happy to return here. I've put it on my list for stops.

I was put in room 20 - right above the stairs to the first floor. You can hear the noise from the stairs, reception, and the sliding doors that lead to the stairwell. I told the lady in reception this at the end of my trip, she advised I should have said after one night and they could have moved me. I would say don’t put someone in a bad room if other rooms are available (I also hate moving room during a stay, with the hassle of repacking and setting up again). Room was clean, and the bed comfortable. I didn’t want the room cleaned everyday (due to Covid), so left the do not disturb sign on the door each morning, but each day the cleaner had been in.

Very comfortable and convenient. Friendly staff. Only one T-bag, one sachet of coffee and one very small milk carton. In a double room that is very poor. Reception gave me more but they should be in the room already

Location - excellent for motorways. Hypermarket with fuel and variety of restaurants nearby. Room - booked "Superior Double Room" which was spacious and large bed very comfortable. Bonus of kettle and hairdryer. Shower was large enough not to bang elbows and had screen rather than curtain. Bathroom was larger than we are used to. Although very close to major roads, the noise was there, but quiet enough not to be an issue. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, but during the week stopped serving a bit early if you want a lie in. Reception - very helpful and spoke excellent English. WiFi - decent speed and free. Parking - plenty and free. Not the cheapest in this area, but would still recommend and use again.

Comfortable and quiet family room. Good WiFi and parking directly outside. Restaurant wasn’t open for dinner at the weekend which was disappointing but other options to eat a short drive away. Personally I had great difficulty with management refusing to allow us take two small made up ham & cheese rolls from the restaurant for our small children to eat later in the day. Having paid for a full buffet breakfast for each of us I was very surprised and have never encountered this level of meanness towards small children or guests in the past. This certainly ruined what otherwise could have been a well recommended establishment.

Comfortable room and beds and a walk out patio into nice green areas with great view of the beautiful surroundings. Conveniently located near the highways and shopping areas, great place to rest for a night after a day of sight seeing and driving!

This was an overnight on the long drive to the slopes. Fairly easy to find. Clean and comfortable. Situated off busy road (room wasn't noisy though) in easy reach of McDonalds, Buffalo Grill etc. was exactly what we needed

Good clean refurb' hotel just off the motorway in Le Mans made it great for a stop on a long drive. Far enough away to not hear the road. Surrounding area is a typical hotel/restaruant type sprawl but only a couple of mins into Le Mans old town
