This is a charming, good value and well-located hotel for exploring the beautiful city of Colmar (on foot) and the wider Alsace wine region (driving). The welcome and service from the team is exceptionally warm & helpful (a slightly early check-in was very welcome in the aftermath of the canicule). Breakfast is great, too. Free parking is also provided, and I managed to fit my small campervan in easily. Thanks for a great stay!

Highly recommended, both as a place to break up a long drive, and for a visit to Colmar. We stayed one night, passing through. Excellent chargers on site for EVs. The walk in to town isn't pretty but only 10mins or so, and the centre is stunning. The hotel doesn't look special from outside, but the rooms have been modernised well, it's spotlessly clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet, too. Sensibly priced so making a great choice.

Terrible experience at Arc en Ciel Colmar! The owners are rude and ignorant! The rooms are not how you see in the pictures, it’s very small, old and dark! If you go there during summer you will melt! I was feeling sick and my dog was suffocating so we had to leave, asked for a refund at least of the second night as we were leaving due to tue lack of conditions in their hotel. They only think about money and not about the wellbeing of their guests! Better stay at the B&B hotel nearby!!!!! Better and cheaper

Very beautiful and quiet location, approximately 15-20 minutes from city centre by walking and very close to a bus stop to the centre and to the train station. Friendly people, cozy atmosphere, very rich and delicious breakfast with local goods. They were very kind and they also treated us local chocolate, and hot wine. Your hospitality made our trip to Colmar even more exciting. Thank you for our wonderful experience, have a great and meaningful year!

The hotel Is at the edge of Colmar, and to the city center is a 15min walk. The location is great, peaceful, and has parking! The room we stayed in (for 2 nights) was tiny but perfect: bed comfortable, Nespresso for the First coffee in the morning, plenty of hangers and places to place the bags. The people working (both day and night) are wonderful, kind, welcoming and happy to give advice for places to eat and drink. A great experience! Would recommend, and stay again.
