Gorgeous hotel very centrally located with a lovely, helpful staff. Breakfast, excellent!

You will find a lovely French hotel with a wonderful staff! The front desk staff are pleasant & attentive to your needs. I was taking my breakfast upstairs and juggling the plate, coffee & juice. The front desk gentleman rushed over with a tray. I wish I knew his name, but he was there four years ago as well. He is definitely a treasure & a asset to the hotel.

An absolute gem of a hotel in central Toulouse. Perfect location - central but very quiet in the rooms; clean, comfortable, spacious rooms; delicious breakfast; and outstandingly helpful and friendly front desk staff. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and extremely helpful and welcoming staff

Mauro who worked at the front desk was the most helpful, polite, friendly and professional person we have ever experienced at a hotel. he was helping everyone and gave us such good information and was so welcoming. Mauro - if you ever want a customer service job in London let me know!

I had a wonderful stay made extra special by the warmth of all the staff. The young lady who cleaned the rooms was very helpful for me. Mauro was exceptionally professional and again so helpful. I’ll be returning. Thanks everyone.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast spread. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location in the heart of the pedestrian center of Toulouse, while still very quiet at night.

Rooms were rather small but delicious breakfast and excellent staff

My only issue was that the water pressure in the shower was low if you wanted hot water. Besides that everything was fine.
