A lovely hotel in the heart of Chartres. We'll be back!

It was all grand

Hotel overall was great, with an exceptionally comfy bed. Shower and bath needed upgrading as bath floor was bouncy when showering and the shower faced the wrong wall (not into the bath). Loved the old feel about the place with crazy carpets and wallpaper, made the place very unique. Did not book parking, which was annoying as hotel valet parking was €15 a day vs €25 in Q parking opposite, not a big issue but their parking did look empty when we drive past. Highly recommend hotel and location

The rooms are beautiful and the staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is also in a great location to explore Chartres Parking not an issue given the hotel’s secure compound. Great stay and would stay again.

Best hotel to stay in Chartres

What a super Hotel this is in a lovely city Chatres ... every member of staff was lovely and so welcoming . The food was excellent ...what a great place!

We have stayed here before and really liked the hotel and its close walking distance to shopping and eating places.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Would recommend!

The room was small and perhaps the farthest one from the lift. It was a knockout though with beautiful furnishings. Super comfortable bed. Two sinks! Robe and slippers provided. Needed a flat space. On property restaurant was fabulous. Great service all around. Valet parking just around the corner was secure and safe and inexpensive. We would LOVE to. One back an be wowed again,

All good except a steak at dinner which was so tough I couldn’t eat it although described as sirloin it was an “onglet” which I think is best cooked long and slow by braising

This hotel was everything........ We loved every minute of our room. If I could give this hotel more stars for it's service, food and beautiful room I would. The staff went above and beyond. What a wonderful night.

Room was not available on arrival at 4pm Room was alot smaller than our previous visit. Initially the room was cold and the hot water was temperamental. I used the gym, there were no towels available.

Poor parking zone

This was my second stay at this charming hotel. Lovely room and great breakfast and bar options. The location is easy access to the Cathedral, shopping and restaurant areas. Would have appreciated having valet parking option as the public garage was a short distance and not easy to find.

Close to city center. Beautiful city.
