It was clean and located next to port and near the restaurants. The bad: no towels, which I discovered only in the morning when no staff was around. The room had weird steps across it making it a hazard for elderly. Not a chair in the room. Not a single, be it plastic, cup. And to the management: napkins and toilet paper are *different* things. Rent it only in case of dispair.

Fyi it is at the right side of the 2nd building from the port. No sign. U have to go thru a court yard to a second area. They charge for elevator. They dont have a check in person until 300pm. They make you use three codes to get to room. No key. Check in is on 6th floor. Rooms on 8. Elevator will wake you up at 7. Code entering by guests will wake u all night. Room is good. Not an enclosed box like pics suggest. I had balcony to inner courtyard. Tv and stations were great. Not so much sewer smell. Bed was saggy. Wifi good. Curtains good. Like i said, half good half bad. Very odd in total.

Great hotel. Perfect location next to the port for our cruise. Great communication and could check in late. No issues.

Great place to stay for a night. A little difficult to get in, but the room is nice and has everything you will need.

The property itself was good , well located close to the port. The area around the property felt a bit unsafe though

While the room was ok within itself the noise from outside was disturbing (even though it had double glazed windows) you also need to pay for the lifts (which is not advised before arrival there was no cups/glasses in the room at all Great location

Offered free breakfast with room when we asked they stated they never have breakfast that was very important for our stay leaving early to catch a ferry.

I stayed at the apartment because I was catching a flight out of Naples airport. The receptionist arranged for me to be picked up by taxi in the morning. It was great. They were very helpful and friendly. It was a great apartment, spacious, even with a patio facing the water.

This was a great no frills hotel for the price. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, location was excellent. The room also includes a nice European breakfast. We got to the room late the desk man was very nice and helpful. The building is safe we went to sleep got up showered in the nice in room bathroom, great water pressure. After we showered we went to get our free breakfast next door and sat outside. The hotel is located right by the ferry docks. After a nice breakfast we headed over to the ferry (5 min walk) and went to Sorrento. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very kind staf. Safe place. Near by port Beverello and bus station for Alibus-for or from the Airport. Nosy area having in view the location, but if you close the window you’ll sleep well:) the room has a balcony with port and Vesuvio view. The breakfast, a caffe and a croissant, in the location or in bar very close, opposite the street.

Didn’t realize this was a hostel, but there gave us a room with our own bathroom when we checked in. If you have no intention of spending time in your room, and realistic expectations, this worked well. It was a little loud in the morning, we could hear other people talking quite loud and could smell people smoking.

Pretty bad place. The heater/ac is caked in heavy dust, the walls are marked and dirty, uncourtous guests, some old man (owner) yelling and screaming at midnight, bathroom stunk, militant cleaning staff that whisk about, signs absolutely everywhere telling you what not to do, drunk receptionist that was very combative and I almost walked out however he was then helpful with some city advice, waited outside for 20 minutes, door buzzer didn't work. I'm sorry but this was a nightmare stay. Naples is a crazy city.

Yes there's Wifi with no internet (12/26/2015). You can not go online, but they have a computer station though. Free Italian style breakfast but watch out some items are not. Walking distance to the metro station and touristic areas. Satisfactory service. Staff are nice and welcoming. You can safely store your luggage at the counter. The hotel is in the 6th and 7th floor. Coming out from the elevator, checkin is at the left on the 6th floor, rooms on the 7th floor are at the right. Btw, to get in and out at the main building door. To get in, slightly pull it back after the lock opens up and then push it in. Getting out, slightly push it out then pull it in. Oh, you'll get it once you're there. Typical Italian complexity.
