We arrived to room not ready by check in time.Room was at 28°, air-conditioning not on. Once able to work, it was a gentle waft of air (room temperature dropped 5 degrees in 7 hours). There was a long hair and piece of dirty loo roll on toilet floor. Shower was hard to regulate, water flow at sink was minimal cold and no hot. At breakfast (approx 08.00). There was (as 2 coach loads of old crustys) NO table available. Had to get one (on it's own, felt like like naughty school boys sent to the corner) made up. The food.... most was non existent, it was like a plague of locusts had descended. Managed a couple of rounds, minus butter, of toast and one cup of coffee as that was all available. Certainly won't be returning....

Took over 15 minutes just to check in with no one in line. Very unorganized. We arrived at 3:15 at after check-in had to wait over an hour to get our room. They advertise coffee in the room, but there wasn’t any. Had to ask four times for new pillows and then give them till 1030 at night. Put a lot of stress on our vacation.

Exceptional service, we had Mateo, who was attentive, informative, courteous and went out of his way to make our stay fenomenal. Although, some amenities on the hotel are under construction, the room is in impecable form, very comfortable bed, excellent shower and temperature.

Only intended to stay 2 nights as part of our trip to Galicia to and from Porto Portugal, however we enjoyed the hotels location so much we stayed an additional 3 days. Really cant complain at all about the hotel ( we didn’t take the breakfast option ) and some couples may find the toilet/bathroom lack of privacy an issue, that said a noisey fan and the Today program on Radio 4 cured that! Plenty a very local bars, restaurants and bus access so will thoroughly recommend.

All perfect but a check in incident at the reception: a rude lady told us we couldn’t park in the temporary parking at the hotel entrance while the check in otherwise she’d call the guardia (police) to remove us from the place Later another kind gentleman at same hotel reception apologized for her

Poor internet, only worked in the lobby, no coffee even though we had a coffee maker and staff forgot towels and toilet paper in two different occasions. The desk staff was very attentive and apologetic.

A beautiful reemodled hotel right across the street from the beach and water. Great welcome upon arrival and staff that really wanted to please. A delicious breakfast buffet was available to make a great start to the day. Would difinitely stay there again!
