Tengan en cuenta que no posee recepción ni cafetería como ofrecen en el anuncio fotos de desayuno. La ubicación es buena, pero necesita urgentemente una remodelación, la cama estaba hundida, la cafetera rota, la señal de la TV no funciona, el edificio de enfrente están construyendo por lo que el ruido de martillos en la mañana es fatal, la limpieza podría mejorar. Pienso que hay muchas mejores opciones en el centro de Sevilla!

Clean room, communicative staff, central location, convenient.

The apartment was a decent size, basic and clean. It is very central to the Alcazar and plaza. So you will be in the heart of the town. The booking process was easy . However we didn't receive an email with the contact numbers for front desk on arrival. It was easy enough to find on the back of the property door. Most people travel with a phone and WhatsApp.

The property it’s in a great location ,and the apartment is spacious , however , they don’t take the trash out unless you pay for it , the property wasn’t clean , the toilet was broken as well as the courting shower was falling off , they don’t change the tower unless you pay for , the list go on and on , I rate a 5 out 5 in location , the rest they need to work on .

Really cool location, comfortable space. The check-in process took a bit more communication because you have to let them know what time you'll arrive for someone to come let you in. But, overall no complaints.

I loved my stay here, kind staff and perfect location!! Super close to everything you want to see. Apartments are actually spacious. I would absolutely stay again!

Very close to the plaza alcazar

The washroom was very dirty and with fungus. We tried to cancel our stay but Expedia didn’t get a response from the property and neither offer alternatives. We had to stay or would lose our money. They finally cleaned the room but the whole experience made us waste time and ruined our initial experience in Sevilla.The pictures shown a much better place. It is also extremely noisy. Would not recommend it! It also undermined our trust to Expedia.

Staff was great but bath was not clean. Apt needs some renovation. WIFI was useless. They brought a wireless router that didn’t work neither

Staff is kind but I wanted to talk with the manager and I wasn’t able to. The location is perfect and it works if you want to walk and see the most touristic places. They cancelled the breakfast because of an external issue which I understand but they need to solve this quickly or share alternatives to their clients.

Proximity to old city

Great location tucked away on a quiet alley. Room was pretty but very basic. Met our needs for a 1-night stay before flying home. Staff were wonderful and helpful!

Lots of empty gestures. Horrid smell in room. Very misleading advertising. Unfortunately poor experience from start to finish.

Spacious clean room

Broken Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi did not work at all during my two-day stay. When I reported the issue, the staff said they had “requested a technician,” but their tone suggested no one would actually come to fix it. When I asked for an ETA, the response was simply like I don’t know. Cleanliness Issues: The apartment was not very clean. It felt quite dated, and the bathroom in particular had an unpleasant odor, similar to urine. Staffing & Service: It seems the staff are shared with the nearby Halo Hotel. Even though I called 30 minutes in advance as instructed, I still had to wait outside for 10 minutes before someone arrived. There was no on-site staff presence and no room service provided during the stay.

Well we were not happy because our room and place never had the internet , even with password nothing worked . The bed was not comfortable . We tried to no stay in the room We only liked the location .

Only reason this did not get a five for full experience was the internet was down the whole weekend, which we paid for as part of the booking.

Sehr gute Lage,( zentral , mitten in der Altstatt) . sauber und die Wohnung hatte alles nötige . Man fühlte sich wohl. War sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in obersten Stockwerk war. Das Zmorgen gleich um die Ecke in einem Hotel haben wir nicht beansprucht.

Stunning property. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Allowed a worried free experience in Sevilla. Local dining, attractions, you name it was accesible and led to a “whirlwind” of experiences for us! Sevilla was quite a blur!
