Updated, clean, good neighorhood, nice staff, 15 blocks to station porta romana

On the whole the hotel is accessible by bus no 84 to Dunmo Square or 92 to central station.Apart from these transport,the room is very bare n for the price paid,it could have been better than these standard.

Close to transit to get into the city. The area around the hotel seemed safe. The hotel itself is average. My room only had a window in the bathroom which was fine. The one thing is the sound proofing! I could hear the conversation in the room next to me as if they were in bed with me and I don’t think they were speaking at a very loud volume. I could also hear their alarm this morning and the music word for word while they were getting ready. It wasn’t during quiet hours by any means but it was a bit of a shock. Very clean room though. Also found it a bit strange you had to leave your key at reception every time you left the property. They didn’t check ID when you come back either so I was originally given the key to the wrong room and had to correct the receptionist

The hotel was clean and in a quiet area. Easy to get to the Duomo on foot or by tram. We walked back at night and felt very safe. Serge helped us to check in and was very kind and helpful. He gave advice and suggestions that we valued and always greeted us with a smile. We did utilize the parking garage. It’s quite the squeeze to get in and out but we felt better knowing the car was in a safe space overnight. If we come back we wouldn’t say no to staying here again. And this hotel has had the best water pressure between France and Italy by far!

Beautiful room, very easy to get places, lovely breakfast. The English speaking is lacking in staff and I nearly got charged €100 because of a mixup regarding what airport I needed transportation to. Double check all the info with staff.

My only feedback would be the air con was not working properly. Since it was March it wasn't too bad. But had it been a hotter month it would have been a big issue.

I liked it was in a quiet area of the city. it was fashion week so getting a taxi was pretty difficult. Restaurants in the area were very good and reasonable. The room was very clean.

Very good value for money and a quiet location. The room was very clean and had everything you need. There is an outside area where you can relax after a busy day and the area is very peaceful. The manager /owner did us a massive favour when he let us leave our luggage after checking out, even though they were closing for a holiday that day, which meant he had to come back to let us collect our bags later that day. Thank you so much!

Just what we needed, close to airport and close to things to do in Milan, will recommend to others and will use again.
