I doubt they have returning customers The staff is not friendly or helpful The only good thing about this hotel is it’s in a good location. Don’t expect much if anything else!

Very nice clean place, with very attentive people in reception. in the center of the historical city a very good choice of ratios of price, location and quality

The shower head is broken and have to be fixed

If you are planning to sleep do not stay here! It is non stop noise. There is a bar across the street that plays music so loud our ears were literally thumping until 3am! And then after that you have the street noise of trucks & horns. The shower was maybe 24”x24”, so very difficult for my husband. The comforter I assume at some point was white, but now shades of brown and yellow!

Everything was excellent I love this place

We were told they were not serving breakfast until next week. We would have been ok with that, but I don't like being told it's available when it is not. I suspect it is because we were the only people staying in the hotel. There should be some indication in the advertisement that breakfast is not always available.

This hotel is in a perfect location. It's close to all sites and public transport. Its spotlessly clean and the couple running it who I believe are brother and sister are very helpful. Breakfast is adequate with lovely freshly made cappuccino and a warm croissant. As a solo traveller I felt very safe here and the area has nice bars and restaurants close by.

What can I say except what a little gem of a hotel this is. Perfectly situated for the city centre with a fantastic authentic italian restaurant underneath. We had a warm welcome from the family who run the hotel. Room was spotless. We will definitely be returning. Grazie 😊

A lovely small hotel off the main road but perfectly located for exploring the old town area of Verona. Lovely, helpful staff, comfortable room and nice hot shower. A real hidden gem!

Very clean hotel, great helpful staff, lovely rooms, good bfast, very central. 20 mins walk from train station. Plenty of bars and eateries

Hotel very clean, rooms spacious breakfast lovely, staff brilliant, 5 mibs to the Arena and within the old city. Train station 20 min easy walkibg. Only downside no kettle in the room but the staff were lovely and gave us a jug of hot water. Aircon off for the winter.

Breakfast was simple, but adequate with croissant ExPreso or cappuccino machine.. fresh fruit…etc. Was very close to everything walkable.. room was very clean. Good stay for overnight or a couple days. There was a refrigerator in the room… the bed and pillows were a little hard..

Such a great host hotel exceeded our expectation

Quiet, well-kept, attentive staff located a short walk from Piazza Bra and the other major attractions in the old city center. Room was typical of European hotels, clean and comfortable.
