The staff were very accommodating. Although the room was spotless it was tired and a bit basic for the price.

I made the reservation 2 days in advance for a Sunday. I arrived at 1630pm and the hotel receptions doors were locked with no one inside seen. After 20 minutes a guest was leaving the hotel and I walked in through the doors and their were about 30 keys with names on the reception desk with a sign that stated no staff on duty as of 1300 till the following morning. I picked my key up and went to my room..But a very poor check experience.

Lovely hotel with amazing helpful friendly staff. Special mention to Ida, who remembered my first name from last trip when checking in. Nice peaceful place to relax after work travel. All facilities on site, free parking and you can walk into the city centre in 5 minutes. Beautiful old building where there are some rooms and restaurant/bar area. Superb place to relax and unwind.

Overall it was a good overnight. Maybe bed is not the most comfortable one, but you get for what you pay. Breakfast was good. Place was calm and we had a free parking.

Great staff and very friendly. Train station is right across the street. Nice walking street with restaurants and a few pubs all just on the other side of the station

it's good for a business trip but not holidays i suppose as it's far from everything including restaurants.

Good hotel that was very convenient for the sites I had to visit around Taastrup. Decent breakfast. Only minor issue was no restaurant in the evenings but there are several a few minutes walk away.

its average nothing special but adequate

The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were helpful and friendly overall it was what you would expect from this level of hotel.The WiFi was simple to attach to and worked well, I was working with a number of virtual servers, email and Google docs without issue. The decor could do with anew update as it felt like it had not been done in a while but the general maintenance was good.
