We needed to accommodate 5 people and the room was all the way up on the 4th floor. To their standards the first floor is level 0. There is no elevator and my mom fell on the stairs because their lights on the 3rd to 4th floor shuts off too soon. The light will not turn back on until in front of the room door. Also our bed broke. It appears the boards were taped up before in an attempt to repair. We had to wait two days before it was fixed. We were only able to speak with one person that spoke English at the time of the check in. I was unable to complain to anyone due to lack of communication. My husband was also very annoyed a the tiny boxed shower even though he is a slender man. Needless to say I had to creep in sideways to slide through the doors. Staff was overall very nice especially at breakfast. The male server is a gem. Understood half of what he said but very sweet.

I never complain so this review is a first for me. Room was gross, bed was awful, noisy room, jerk evening staffer told me no a/c needed in October when I complained about it not working, mugginess nearly dripping off the walls, no bathroom vent. Quite possibly the biggest dump I ever stayed at. Motel 6 would be considered a luxury hotel compared to this one. Make sure you’re up on your tetanus shots if you stay here.

Quaint little property with what seems like rooms crammed into every available nook and cranny. It definitely isnt what Americans think of as a typical hotel, but it's charming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.

The staff were not so friendly, none helped us with the luggage knowing that there is no elevator so we had to go upstairs with our bags for 3 floors. Wifi also not inclusive in the price.

The Hotel is nice, but it is hard to find because it is no sign from the Cassia street show to go up hill. The internet is very slow. we cannot connect to read the gmail.

The website was very misleading. It's advertises itself as Rome Cassia Hotel, 0.7 miles from centre. It is not. It is miles north of Rome in a town, funnily enough, called Cassia. Presumably, 0.7 miles from the centre of this town is an hotel that bears its name. It will cost you 95 Euro to get there from Termini Station, or you can get three buses which will take about two hours.

This is good for a couple of days stay. The bathroom has strong odor, but everything else is good. The breakfast is good. This is an old building and not anything luxury, but is good for a short stay.

The hotel is nice and the staff is extremely friendly. The bed is really firm, so hopefully you look for that. It is located on the outskirts of Rome. You have to walk to the train, take a train to the Metro and take the Metro into town. It takes about an hour, when not rush hour.
