Excellent Hotel and Staff - Room was larger than average and quiet - excellent Metro/Tram and bus links.However area is rather bland and lacking places to visit - but Vienna Centre is only 10-15mins away on Metro

Everything was good. Staff were nice and helpful. Limited choices at the buffet breakfast so we were kind of tired of it by the 4th day. But, if you are looking for dining out, there is an abundance of dining choices for every meal. Working class neighborhood with convenient access to public transportation. Public transportation in Vienna is next to none and very economical. Bottom line, unless you are looking for upscale accomodation in an upscale area of the city and are prepared to pay for it, you can't go wrong with Hotel Lucia.

I choosed this hotel because of its closeness to the Stadthalle and it was a good choice. Very nice and friendly staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was also excellent, great coffee, and a good and varied breakfast selection to choose from, including warm food, fruits and pastries.

Very formal contact, no drinks in room in this hot weather.

I booked under reservation 917633281055 6 nights in the hotel Lucia, and you confirmed me on page 2: "breakfast for 1 person is included in your stay". On page 3 you divided my stay: 4 nights, that cost 61,31 2 nights, that cost 66,89 In the first 4 nights was no brakfast included, and so I had to pay € 48,00 to the hotel manager in Vienna. I am disappointed, that you have changed the conditions of my booking and that I had to pay more than € 407,96

Excellent location, convenient to UBahn station. Quiet room. Excellent breakfast, one of the best I ever had at a hotel.

See through curtains meant sleeping past 7 am in summer impossible.

The overall stay was great ,the room was lovely . The old waiter was rude but other than that everything was great.

Pleasently surprised by Hotel Lucia. Very friendly staff who are more than happy to help with any enquiries. Rooms were spotlessly clean & good size. Really good shower was a bonus.Located slightly away from the centre of Vienna, not a problem as the tram stop is closed by or two underground stations are within 5 minute walk getting you into the centre in 15 minutes. No hesitation in staying at the Lucia next visit to Vienna

Great very near to the metro subway, nice and very helpful staffs.

Hotel is located in 10 minutes by tram from centre. Tram station and underground are in 5 minutes from hotel. Big enough and clear room but without refrigerator.

The room had no air conditioning and was so hot we had to try and sleep with the windows open. As the hotel was on a main road the noise was so loud that we were not able to sleep. We were supposed to be there for three days but left after the first night.

Such a clean & friendly small hotel. Perfect for a Christmas market weekend. Breakfast incl and short walk to the underground.

Nice hotel in a residential part of Vienna, a long walk from the trainstation but only 2 stops on the Vienna U-bahn. Friendly staff and helpful for orienting to Vienna. Great breakfast if you get it included and coffee (not free) in the lobby. Not air conditioned room but few are in Europe in this price range. I would absolutely stay there again. Nice restaurants in the area too.

Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very well sited for Stadthalle (ESC) in Vienna and very close to U-bahn station direct to city centre.

Hotel experience is one level below what the great City of Vienna has to offer. It is still a good value for the rate. They actually charge 9.5 Euros /day for parking.
