Was only for a night after flying transatlantic, so I didn’t leave the hotel, but the room and staff were excellent, and very forgiving of my poor Spanish!

When booking the hotel it said 'airport transfers included ". Based on this i booked a nonrefundable room. 15 minutes later I receided an email that the transfer was never available on weekends. Expedia should have provided this information prior to booking the hotel, not after

Clean room, very easy to access the pool & hot tub facilities, which is why I booked this property. Close to the airport; would definitely recommend others to stay!

Breakfast a bit pricey and it is one price for adult and child alike

I stayed one night only however, I think the hotel is great, great customer service, clean and spacious room and the location was good for me.

The reception did an excellent job in following me by phone to ensure I was on time and at the right spot for the shuttle pick-up. No comments on the breakfast as I did not avail myself to it. PS maybe it would be worthwhile to have a shuttle service on weekends for a fee-which I would have paid. (RE: Limited transportation--you had to know how to get to the hotel IF you yourself were driving to the hotel )

Airport shuttle does not service outside of 9-5 M-F.

Internet was ok the Airport shuttle drop us at the arable doors instead of the boarding entrance all the way to the end of the airport.

The property is located in an excellent location however the rooms are sub par and is definitely not worth the money I paid. This is NOT a 4-star property as they advertise and I suspect they advertise this way only because of the conference building attached to it. The rooms are tiny. No water bottles in the room. No coffee in the room. A Holiday Inn Express in the same area would be a better option. Staff, cleanliness, area are great though.

I wish the shuttle was starting 6:00 am we didn’t able to use shuttle.
