Basic but comfortable although my room was very warm, although it was 24 degrees outside. I had to prop open the sash window as it would sometimes close itself and when I tried using the ceiling fan the whole thing shook and looked like it was about to fall off ,so I switched that off. Aside from that staff were friendly, room was dated but clean and breakfast was good.

Used tesco vouchers so paid very little solo trip for theatre so didnt spend much time in there but it was clean staff very nice and the breakfast was a added bonus room was clean bed bit hard shower small and could of done with somewhere to put your shower gel ect oh there was a fridge in a hidden cupboard tv signal wasnt great but i didnt really watch it Overall the room and breakfast room where a bit chilly But id stay again if the price was good Excellent transport links tube and bus

The hotel service is fine, staffs are friendly and helpful. Wifi is somehow not stable. They better strengthen the wifi signal rather than ask people not to download big files. I think it won't cost too much.

The location was amazing. The hotel was on the older side so it had fewer amenities, like air conditioning. Our chargers blew the breakers but management worked on the problem. After spending one night there we decided it would be best for us to move. The management worked with us to resolve the issues to our great satisfaction. The management was amazing. This review supersedes an earlier one, when after talking to representatives at Expedia, I thought all hope was lost.

Troy was an extremely disappointing hotel. The noise emanated from both inside and outside the hotel. My wife and I could barely sleep. The breakfast was substandard as they only served stale croissants, and cold cereals. The shower was excellent and probably the best part of the entire stay. The front desk assistance were nice enough. I don’t often leave negative reviews but this was not a comfortable place to stay.

I’ve stayed there several times,it’s a convenient location.The breakfast is sufficient, but always the same. I would stay there again.

I've stayed in the neighborhood and like the area but this was my favorite hotel. The room was not huge but adequate for two people. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful.

We stayed in the family room which was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was limited in choice but adequate for what we needed. The staff were all friendly and the hotel clean throughout. We would stay here again.

Good budget stay. The single room was ok sized. The shower unit very small as you cannot move when inside. It's fine for a short stay. Close to Bayswater station and shops/restaurants

Single Room was very small, the main Ceiling light to low as I could hit it with my forehead...I'm 6"1. The room is catered for a small person. The bathroom sink and toilet too small. The shower cubicle height and width again too small. You couldn't manoeuvre round. Positives...Quiet and Friendly staff, free Breakfast

Great location close to Queensway tube station, very close to Notting Hill and Portobello Rd etc. Very good price. Room very clean just a little cold in winter even with the small heater. Breakfast was fine for the price, boiled eggs, canned fruit, coffee, juices, croissants, cereal, bread etc. Would stay again!

Great location. But that is about it. It has old nasty looking carpet. Terrible breakfast with staff looking angry to be working. I would not recommend it to a friend.
