Mrs Gina and the rest of the Hotel staff were excellent at hosting!

A nice place to stay. Nothing fancy, but clean and a nice pool. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. There were two good restaurants right across the street. About a three or four block walk to the beach.

A home from home with the most helpful and friendly staff...If you want a cracking location with easy access to the beach, transport and shopping this is the place..Would give more than 5 stars...xx

Our economic room is very small: bathroom is about 6 sq. ft. with 2 sq. ft. shower that make the bathroom floor wet most of the time. Owner and personnel are extremely friendly.

I picked the hotel for couple of reasons First the parking seemed to be good outside when I looked on google map. Second was the pictures off the rooms. They seemed so much more homie compared to other places that are all white with white IKEA furnitures. I was not disapointed of neither. It is only a short walk to the beaches. And there are many nice restaurants around. Use the other guests recomendation. Many of them did I learn have been coming back to this hotel for 20 years. Also very easy to take the bus into town. As the bus stop is more or less directly outside. One Lidle and another big super market is also just beside the hotel. Of course Lidle is not that good so go to the other one. Possible to make your own breakfast. But I ordered different breakfast every morning From couple of fried eggs and omelete to Greek salad. All good. If only one thing to complain is that the shower was tiny. But if other people with rollator walkers can use it. Then I should not complain :)

Was a good hotel, close to the beach with wonderful owners. Willing to help you with everything.

My partner Wendy, My son Peter and my Grandson Kazuki who is 11 years old all agree it was the cleanest, friendliest Hotel we have ever stayed in. Like many desperately in need of a holiday we could not have asked for better. As many before us have said the Family who run it are just delightful. Helpful, Happy. Pool was large enough and so relaxing to lay around with the small bar also open at night. We got Taxi's in the Town but there were also several Restaurants near by.. There is a lift, showers small but good enough. Would Highly recommend this Hotel to Family's couples, singles, anybody . They deserve a Gold Medal

Excellent stay! The room was comfortable with a fantastic balcony and a small kitchen good for prepearing breakfast or a quick and simple meal! Beach it's just five minutes walk and really nice. The supermarket it's just beside the hotel. The swimming pool was good too. We felt as home, all of them were really nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend it!

I couldn't have asked for a nice stay. Gina and her family made me feel very welcome, with a mix of great hospitality and good humour. The rooms were spacious, pleasant and clean. If I had to choose between Sun City, and some of the five star resorts down the road, I would choose Sun City in an instant. It is everything I love about Greece. The location is great too, once you figure it all out. There are two incredible beaches within 500 metres or so, and the busses to Chania are easy to hop on and off of - talking little more than 15 minutes. I hope to return in the next couple of years. It's a great spot.

Excellent customer service and support all very good

Came for an overnight stay while in the area for work to get a bit of R&R. Everyone here was really friendly and the room was very clean. The area was a few blocks outside the area of Kydonia with all the restaurants, so it was a very easy walk but also nice and quiet for sleeping. Selection of beaches within easy walking distance, with a good mix of fine sand for sitting under an umbrella, areas to snorkel and some caves to explore. I'd be happy to come back again; definitely great value and the location can't be beat. For North Americans it's the fairly European standard of two twin beds together vice a queen bed (in the room I had anyway). I've seen the same in three and four star hotels, so that's something you can generally expect. Anyway, nice spot, family friendly, would recommend.

The family run hotel are genuinely very friendly and helpful. Restaurants in the area are reasonable and quality of food is good.

We arrived in Chania late evening (around midnight). Gina the owner was waiting for and took the time to show us our room and made sure we had everything we need. The hotel is comfortable, clean and very welcoming. They even have a lift to the upper floors! Gina gave us all the necessary information and advice to do the Samaria Gorge trail, visit the beaches and old town! Definitely recommend...

The hotel is located in good place. The people were kind and wonderful.

Gina and her family were wonderful hosts. My room was spotless. The kitchenette was fully functional. Great pool. Close to the beach and grocery stores. Only a 20 main bus ride into Chania. My only complaint is that WiFi wasn't in my room.
