Lovely hotel with great views. The restaurant and bar was a bit underwhelming as was access to Trier.

Good hotel close to the centre. In my opinion they should be giving double size duvet and two pillows for double bed (instead of single) and there should be a kettle in the room. Overall great staff and good facilities.

Good hotel located a bit remote from the city center but with great stuff and modern big rooms. But the heating was a bit way to much hot

They advertise they have A/C, this is not true. The manager admitted that the thermostat in the room does nothing and the temperature is set by the general manager and he has no control. The room was hot and miserable.

Friendly staff. Saw to our every need promptly and efficiently!

Everything was good until our A/C went out on night 2.They were unable to fix it or change our room. The A/C came back on 2 hours before check out. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable and a clean room.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good in both variety and quality, the croissants are outstanding. I dined at the restaurant as well and it was surprisingly good. Location is also convenient despite there are a handful of hotels closer to the old town

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. A mile walk into the centre. Nice touch with free pool table, darts and table football in the bar area. Felt like a Premier Inn but a tad better.
