Reception, bar/restaurant staff are all amazing, so friendly and helpful.

Hotel is right at the beach and outdoor parking is free (if you are able to find a spot). room is dated but spacious, however the “partial seaview” claim is next to non-existent, you have to reach out on the balcony to see the beach and the ocean.

Room was spotless and the staff were friendly enough. We were only there a night and ate out and didn’t have breakfast so didn’t have much interaction. Great location!

The room wasn’t very clean. Needed a good mopping and under bed had never been cleaned. Ant type insects in bathroom and kitchenette

Everything was perfect, great staff, great Pizza from the kitchen, getting a shuttle ride to and from the airport was awesome.having a little kitchen in the room was a great deal for us also . Second stay in this property sadly let down by the room allocation!! Requested similar room to the one allocated by Jimmy on the front desk back in July ( High floor, sunny room facing towards Melia Hotel/marina, but was allocated lower floor, and room that saw virtually no sunlight on opposite side of the building! ). Was a shame such a good property managed to allocate the complete opposite of what we had asked for on this occasion!! Disappointed…..

What a hotel, faultless, loved it, great holiday.

Clean, ok fairly basic. Limited parking so if busy season might not be available. Not given sufficient info regarding other services available or places to explore around the area. Beach view is partial blocked by apartments ahead so not much privacy. No kettle or iron in the room. Although there is facility to cook a meal too small and close to sleeping area. No microwave in the room.

Very noisy at all hours of day and night. If you wish to sleep during your vacation, do not stay at this location. Walls and ceilings are paper thin, you can hear everything from your neighbors on all sides, up and down. Noise carries very strongly. Possibly the worst hotel/appartment we have stayed at in 45 years of travel. We would not recommend this place to our worst enemy!
