Great place to stay, love the self check in

The hotel was super clean. It was very spacious. The entire staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. They gave us free water and snacks included in our stay. It was easy to access and the location is PERFECT!

The location is great, only 6 mins walk to the tram, that takes 4 mins to get to the centre parliament building. The facility is new, nicely and conveniently furnished. A big TV is also a nice touch. Shower is detached from the bathroom, it is still in the room, but just opposite wall to the toilet, we found it interesting, but inconvenient to get out of the shower, as you cannot place a shower mat anywhere close to the opening door. It was all clean, expect the floor, it was actually dirty, and we had to walk around in socks. Overall, the experience was great, a new building, that contains everything that you might need, extremely quiet, has fully blackout curtains, a very convenient location, and a very nice cleaning lady. Considering the price, it is a really really really good option. I rate it 7/10. Keep it up!

Great room and location for a great deal. Would be nice if luggage storage was offered. Lots of construction in the area, but very walkable.

This property is excellent for young people saavy with technology. You have to stick to check-in and check-out times—no options for extension or a human reception. There was also no office facility for printing tickets.

Seems to be a newly decorated hotel - comfortable room with nice furnishings. Has everything you need. Only slight issue is noise from - loud music until 1am on a Friday night

Super easy to check in, and very clean. There’s a Straßenbahn and an Autobus stop within a 3 minute walk, so it’s super convenient to get around town. Would definitely stay again.

good location, clean room, easy access, the only issue we had is that since there is no reception we could not leave our bags before or after our check out time, besides that it was a great experience, really nice shower.

Nice renovated property! We stayed in the family room and I did not like that the window did not have curtains so everyone could see us and in the morning we were waking up from the light! Generally, clean room, good location, the free coffee is a plus and nice bathroom.

This hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of the museum quarter and district 7. The rooms were lovely and clean and we really enjoyed our stay there.

I like that it wasn’t a traditional hotel. There’s no air conditioning and the fans quite loud

Great location, clean rooms, easiest check in! We stayed hesitantly based on some bad reviews and then laughed at the dumb complaints people had. (Loud train- try more like the most faint noise you have to be trying to hear). Plus best goulash around the corner at Heidenkummer!!

Good got somewhere cheap enough if attending concerts and a nice walking distance from centre to site see along the way

A good property for what you pay, basic, clean, safe and tidy. We book in outside of the normal check in time, not a problem, just call prior to gain the access codes.

it was really hot in the room even though the radiators didn't feel warm however the bathroom was freezing. they only provided 2 pillows in our double room and there was a constant humming noise in our room.. the room was nice and clean but the building that it is in is very old and uninviting and to far from the city centre

The apartment is serviced by staff only for a limited time and beyond that time you need to ask for entry codes or have international calling to get in. Bathrooms and tiny, no kettle but that was not promised. Rooms were always cleaned really well. Location was away from the city center but that’s what you pay for. Overall a decent place if you are on a budget
