Great location but a little bit noisy.

Clean, good decoration and many choices for breakfast

Everything was perfect, breakfast is excellent, you can walk to everything

This property was amazing staff was excellent, easy quick walk to train station and shopping and restaurants 10out of 10 would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and amazing staff!!! Not only was the place clean and comfortable the decor was beautiful. The staff was so willing to help with any issues we had. We had troubles planning our train ride to Switzerland and they helped us including calling our next hotel to help us identify which station we needed to arrive at. The breakfast was amazing too! 5 + stars We will be back.

This was a lovely hotel right in the middle of everything. Facilities were nice and location was great. I would recommend to others and would stay again.

Rooms nice, but terrible sewer gas smell coming through bathroom. According to staff " it sometimes happens when it rains"

This was a wonderful stay for our family. It was very clean and well kept. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely done out but the room had an open shower, with a window in the room. Not ideal with 2 teenagers! We used the wellness area while we were there and that was gorgeous. It has 2 steam rooms and a sauna, and a very luxurious place quiet rooms. It rained while we were there so we appreciated the down time. The parking was underground and had to book it in advance. The hotel is very centrally located , with a supermarket and bakery opposite, very close to the bus stop that takes you to Neuschwanstein Castle, and minutes to the town centre.

Outstanding Staff. Interacted with 3 different Front Desk staff. All went out of their way to make our stay successful and comfortable. Beautiful old hotel, clean, good AC, amazing breakfast. Highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect location, pleasant & helpful staff, great breakfast & nice hotel. Room had just enough space for 2 people with luggage but only 1, very small window...view was nice though. We'd definitely stay there again.

Staff were great, Gave us free water as we checked out

Maybe it was because we were American, but we were given a really bad room. The room was next to a deck with smoking and it smelled like an ashtray. Also people on the deck can see in your room as the curtain does not give much privacy. The parking was really far away from the hotel. Staff wasn’t too friendly. When we tried to explain issues with room they were not interested in listening. We were told to go out on the deck and ask the people to stop smoking. They told Expedia they would switch our room the next day but that was not true. When I saw how bad it was i asked if I could cancel and stay somewhere else or even just take one night off and reduce the time we booked but we were told no. There is no pool or much in amenities. I wouldn’t stay here again.
