It was a great property. The A/C didn’t work in our room though, we left the door open and the room was comfortable to sleep in.

We absolutely loved the property, the staff were so helpful and attentive. The property is close to attractions (walking distance) and close to a mall.

Really good location for the city of science. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but adequate for a night for a family of 4, with a nice modern bathroom. The corridors were quite shabby, but the bar/restaurant area downstairs is very modern & nicely done. Overall a good choice!

Excellent hotel 100 % recommended

The hotel was on a bus line & good location to easily use bus system. The staff member who checked us in was professional yet provided us valuable information to see the sights, including the old city and beach area. He was most helpful. The restaurant was good as well.

Great location and super friendly staff! Just minutes away from the City of Science attraction. We booked the breakfast option, which was good. However, the dining area is quite small, and we had to wait for other families to finish before being seated. Great hotel in general.

I stayed for a second time in the hotel, the room assigned was better that the one of the first stay. Great treatment by staff team. They care by bags for a few days woth no extra cost.

Well located, near to the city of arts and some tourist points. The ambient was too noisy on friday night. Breakfast it’s delicious and huge.

Parking was safe and easy. The front desk super helpful, they even walked my husband to the parking place and went with him to find the car which we left somewhere else in the street since we didn’t know there was a parking designated for the hotel. Great staff!

Fantastic place to stay in Valencia. Close to City of science and attractions. Accessible via bus to City Center main landmarks. Staff is very polite and friendly and willing to make your stay comfortable.

Staff was friendly and accommodating and the room met all our needs. The restaurant downstairs (ELBAR) was very good. Over the course of our one week stay, we experienced breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were excellent. The location of the hotel was also perfect and met our needs. The only negative and it was minor, was the hallway on our room floor was rather dark and dank but everything else was wonderful! Overall, great stay and we would be happy to return.

We loved the spacious room with its own private balcony with a table and chairs. The room was spotless, the bathroom well equipped and the staff was very helpful and cordial. We will definitely come back to stay and enjoy this great place!

Great hotel, wonderful breakfast. The hotel had its Ian parking garage. The toons are modern and comfortable. A bit far to walk from the historic center.
